Well, in about just 10 days - that's less than two weeks, more than half of the lash extensions fell off, while my natural lashes did not. Contacted this woman who is supposed to be the owner and the worker who applied the lash extensions on me, and went back and forth multiple times about her poor quality of work. She seemed to offer (through vague language ) half the refund. After my pointing out the full failure of her work and failure at consultation (she should've pointed out if I was not a candidate of here work or she could not deliver the promised service). it seemed to a point that she would issue my refund. NOPE. No refund at all. I had to jump through many hoops to get my financial institute involved to dispute her BAD eyelash extension service and WORST customer service. Luckily my financial institute agreed with me and I won the dispute. For a $270 charge by this kind of work. Y'all should know to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

I read a lot of KC Lash's reviews and was impressed. I contacted Kristen via Yelp and had an appointment for the next afternoon. I told her I would need a fill. Unfortunately Kristen said there was too much glue to do a fill. She washed my lashes, that had never been done before. Then she went to work. There's a reason why they rate low and here is part of the reason why.... First of all, I booked my appointment way in advance (about a month out) to ensure I'd get the technician that was recommended to me by a friend. When you book an appointment, you can select the technician, so that's what I did. When I arrived to my appointment, a different girl came up to bring me back. When I asked why I was with someone else, they informed me that the girl I was originally scheduled with would not be in until later and that she was fully booked. So even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to see her that day. It would have been nice if they gave me a heads up so I could reschedule earlier!! I was very disappointed and very worried that the girl I was put with wouldn't do as well as a job. I was right. She didn't. In fact, I was highly disappointed with her work. Nice girl who did a thorough job, but I did not like the results. I wouldn't have stayed but I took time off and drove all the way out there. Long story short, management was apologetic but did say that "I should have specifically requested the girl I wanted when I made the appointment ". Ummm, I did! They let me get an "adjustment" to my lashes but I still wasn't happy. And then they offered to completely remove them and try again for another $30. No thank you. I've already wasted enough time and money and after getting the "adjustment" done a second time, I don't believe third time would be the charm. Pay the extra money and go see Molly at Lash Ink. You can book with her online and they won't do the switcheroo last minute.
