I used to have a love/hate relationship with this place because I'd always just leave with lashes that were a little too "extra", but ever since I've been going to Layna I leave happy every time. I don't even show her a picture of what I want, she just always remembers! I don't know how she does it. Also the receptionists up front are THE sweetest people. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, so I don't have any other experience to compare it to. I explained to the eyelash tech what I wanted and she even recommended a style for my eye shape. I felt uncomfortable laying down for so long, it was almost 2 hours being there, so prepare for that. My bottom eyelashes started poking out and it was uncomfortable when she had to adjust it, but it wasn't terrible. I was very pleased w the outcome, if you're interested in getting extensions you definitely should. I feel so confident and love the look of them. Great investment! read more

I had two experiences with amazing lash in American Fork. The first was ok. Chelsea did my lashes and they looked great. I followed all protocol, but by 10 days, the lashes were embarrassingly sparse. When I went back after the holidays (about 4 weeks), all the extensions were long gone. Cecily was to do a "complete" lash set, or basically starting all over. It took 2 hours. Towards the end she talked about how fine my eyelashes were on the outside corners and she had trouble with them. As I looked at them later, there were basically no extensions and without them, it looked rather strange. It has now been only 1 week and many of the extensions are already falling off. This has not been a good experience for me. Not only is it a waste of money, but a huge time commitment. read more

I went once. My lashes looked great for about two days. I bought their lash care kit and followed the instructions. But after 7 days they're basically gone. I could feel them fall off while blinking at work. I work in surgery so I just couldn't risk getting them there again. I cancelled my membership. They did say I could give my credit to someone else, so that was nice. But I wouldn't recommend getting a membership until you know what you're getting. I don't know if it was the product or the application but it was not a good experience for me. read more

My lashes aren't terrible- but they look so thin!! I paid an extra 30 for volume lashes and my lashes don't look any different than a classic set. They also don't tell you how much the upgrades cost (or even that they do cost) until you are about to pay so I would definitely recommend doing your research on their website. The first photo is from their TikTok showing a 3D hybrid set- what I paid for. The second photo is my lashes. If I had ordered a classic set I wouldn't be disappointed- but compared to how I thought they were going to look I am a little upset. read more

I really would not recommend going here. This is the first place I went to for eyelash extensions. Today I went to someone who was certified for a fill and she had to remove all of my lashes that were put on from this studio because they were damaging my natural lashes. The extensions were not put on properly and they used way too much glue. I would recommend going to someone who cares about your natural lashes and takes their time to work properly. I was incredibly disappointed with Amazing Lash Studio. I've been coming here for a while now and never had an issue, I came in to get a fill for my wedding and I wasn't in love with them at the end and told my stylist so, she told me I'd have to make another appointment if I didn't like them. (My wedding was two days away, obviously I do t have time to come back!) Then, the situation got worse...my eyes swelled up on my honeymoon. I've never had an allergic reaction before. Upon investigation I found out they switched lash glue on me without telling me! It was absolutely ridiculous how they treated a longtime customer, and I will never be going back. I recommend Ella Bloom salon in Lindon. They are a thousand times better. (Also, I always felt that my lashes here looked fake, and at the same time scarce) read more

I won a free set at a bridal show and was very excited because I have been wanting to try these for so long. The girl that did my lashes was nice but she didn't seem very professional. She didn't explain the differences between the different types of lashes, she didn't go into much detail about the after care, nor did she explain when should I come back in. She also didn't check in with me during the process to ask how I was going, if I was comfortable or anything. I'm still on the fence if I actually like the lashes. During the process it was slightly uncomfortable and my eyes were irritated with almost a burning sensation. The girl that did the procedure said this would be normal but my eyes are still red and irritated and I'm almost on day 3. I had signed up for a membership but I'm thinking of canceling if this is going to irritate my eyes this much it's not worth it to me. UPDATE: I was contacted by the manager shortly after posting this view. She was very apologetic about the experience I had and was willing to have the lashes removed free of charge or offered me a free set. I went here to get lash extensions for the first time on my birthday. Everyone was super nice and kind and they were more than willing to accommodate me in whatever I needed. Unfortunately, good customer service cannot make up for the actual lashes I received, tho. At first, the lashes looked amazing and made me feel very confident, but a week later, I had remove half of the lashes because they were stabbing my eye so terribly that I couldn't stand to have them on anymore. I wondered what this issue was and how I could better fix it next time, so I researched. Upon asking other professionals and clients of other studios and doing online research of my own, I found the cause to this needle-like pain I was experiencing. Turns out not only did the lady put way to many lashes on a single strand of hair AND used very thick and pokey lashes, but she also applied them completely wrong, causing a world of pain on one of the most sensitive areas of the body. I feel bad having to leave this review since everyone was so kind to me, but unfortunately I do not want anyone else to have this issue. I was warned by my roommate not to go here, but I didn't listen. Maybe you guys will. read more

I've had several girls here do my lashes. Jessica is amazing! I go to her every time now and she makes my lashes look perfect! I went in and the staff was nice. However my eyelashes started falling out 2 days later. They may say that it's because of the way you sleep but I sleep on my back and I made sure not to mess with them and to take care of them. You also have to go in to the store to cancel your membership so that's very inconvenient. read more

Save yourself a LOT of money and hassle and do NOT purchase their membership. If you are not satisfied with your lashes (mine fell off a week after each service) you will pay an additional month or two before they release you from your contract. I called to cancel and was put on a membership "hold." When I called to cancel the hold and membership, I was told I needed to come into the store to cancel. I signed the cancellation but was told that it takes "30 days to cancel" and because memberships are charged every 30 days I would be charged a final monthly membership charge in 30 days, even though I haven't had a service in over three months and won't have one during the next month. The product and business model is poor, however, Kim is an excellent lash artist. read more

Before heading in I called to see what qualified as a fill for my lashes and when I can get in. Over the phone seemed like they could care less if I booked an appointment or not. Ended up calling back. Booking an appointment came in and wasn't helped right away because she was on the phone. Waited then filled out some paper work. Got taken back to get a fill and explained why I was shopping for a new person to do my eye lashes. Conversation was mild to non at times. Ended up falling asleep. I admit she was quick. The outcome was nice but not what I really expected. I was satisfied enough. They do a good job. I like their membership deal just not having to be in a contract for a year. Felt like they kept pushing products at me. Going in though people are nice and friendly. Would most likely come back because of the amount and availability of employees to have service done when needed. read more

My biggest problem was the management. They were forgetful. And seemed to not know what they were doing. If the management is bad then it really sets the tone for the business. I read a lot of reviews and talked to a lot of people before choosing this place. I have had lashes before and both times had a bad reaction to the adhesive so I was very nervous. The woman who did my lashes, Stacy, was very knowledgeable and professional and spent a lot of time learning what look I was interested in and about my previous experiences. We chatted quite a bit and then I fell asleep and woke up with gorgeous lashes! I am so thrilled with how they turned out. They don't look ridiculous and fake but super natural and amazing. I look like I was born with very long gorgeous lashes. Now I did have like an allergic reaction that drove me crazy for a couple days but I just kept taking zertec and I survived and so did my lashes. It looked like I had been crying for a week haha and I would have cried for weeks had I not been able to keep my lashes cause I love them and I love how much time it saves me getting ready in the morning! I don't know why I react that way because I'm not allergic to anything else! Anyway, I'm fine now and I'm going to keep going back! The place is lovely, clean, professional and serene. They will get you for everything you are worth! Go to someone else who doesn't require you too have a membership! NOT WORTH IT! They don't even tell you all the fine print, they give you two payment options but in the end the monthly fee is the same. They have an upfront membership fee, they won't tell you this though until AFTER your lashes are done on your first visit. They also make you go in to end your membership, all they want is your money. ALL THEY WANT. Honestly I am a very easy to please person, I just don't want anyone else to get ripped off like me.
