This was my first time at Amaris Nails and Walking in, it is such a beautiful place, and clean! You're automatically greeted, and helped! Everyone is extremely nice, and has smiles on their faces! There are plenty of services, that they offer, I will definitely be back, without a doubt! Thank you Amaris read more

I went last week for a pedicure, I got regular polish with French tip.... All of my polish came off within a week & when I went back to ask them to repaint my toes I was told that regular polish comes off 2-3 days. I explained I was not told that when getting French tip done & it's there problem to fix. They painted my toes again free of charge YESTERDAY. Today my polish came off AGAIN on my toe. read more

Absolutely love this nail salon! They offer a wide array of services. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and easy to schedule. The staff is playful while still being professional. The location itself is extremely polished, clean, and beautiful. Feels like you have been transported to a magical dreamland in there. Sophia did my nails and I have found my perfect nail tech! She is gentle, masterfully precise and does lovely work! Highly recommend Sophia and this salon! read more

Amaris Nails & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Arlington, Texas

If you are a woman of color steer clear of Amaris nail spa in Mansfield, they are not for us!! they are pricey, but that's not the problem. The service doesn't match what they charge. I love the atmosphere but the constant chatter and having to repeatedly ask for corrections to the work that I'm paying top dollar for is not acceptable. I don't mind paying, but I should get what I paid for. I went today and the way was handled and the level of unprofessionalism I will not tolerate. The nail tech left me and went to a different client without finishing my nails and I had to go home unfinished. The first time I went, the service was great but every time since then and it's been a total of four times the service has gotten worse each time, but today was the very last time. read more

I left this salon feeling frustrated, not because of the quality of the pedicure itself, but because of the pricing and lack of transparency. Nail salon prices have become incredibly expensive, and hidden fees are becoming all too common. What really bothered me at Amaris Nails & Spa was being charged an additional fee to remove my existing polish before my pedicure. That charge was not listed as part of the pedicure package or clearly communicated upfront. I'm honestly confused how a proper pedicure can be performed without first removing the old polish. To me, polish removal is a basic part of preparing the nails for the service--not an unexpected add-on that appears at checkout. I don't mind paying for quality service, but I do mind surprise charges. If there are mandatory or commonly expected add-on fees, they should be clearly listed on the menu or explained before the service begins so customers can make an informed decision. Transparency builds trust. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled, and because of that, I won't be returning. read more

I went for a mani / pedi, the pedicure was amazing! I got tips put on my nails & dipping powder. The lady cut my thumb & I have the powder on several of my fingers! They are very nice and do great work. My girlfriend enjoyed her pedicure. They have excellent customer service I highly recommend them!

The service is ok. Sometimes I get really great looking nails, and sometimes I don't like them. Some of the services are overpriced, like gel. I will say, the birthday discount of 5% is a rip off. Like almost a slap to the face. read more

Amaris Nails & Spa - INFECTED TOE - Nail Salons Near Me - Arlington, Texas

This place is Meh I NEVER noticed when going to Sprouts and just stumbled across it while rushing to find somewhere to get a quick mani and pedi before flying out in 24 hours. The customer service was very basic and because it was a stumble across I was okay with it based on the reviews being so low. I like to give a place a benefit of a doubt so I came in optimistic because I know most non-reviewers only review bad experiences and not positive ones. My pedicure water was cold and it took forever for them to warm it up. My nail polish was done incorrectly as it didn't lay flat and I kept informing the technician as she polished and pretended to not understand English. Someone else had to come take some polish off and redo it but it was till messy. I didn't enjoy my experience and will not return unless in a rush and in the area. read more

Helen does a great job! Sign up for their text notifications, you get special offers and discounts. I just got 35% off all services! This place is clean, has friendly staff, and they are quick and efficient. They also go beyond just a regular mani/pedi. I always get just the basic services and I have impressed each time. With the basic mani you get a mini back massage and with basic pedi you get a hot stone massage. At other spas you usually have to it extra for that stuff! This has become my new regular place for getting my nails done. read more

I will NEVER come back to Amaris, horrible job. I showed the lady upfront what I wanted. She sold me on dip of course. So as I was getting them done I already knew it wasn't gonna look how I wanted. I waited, even left but turned right back cause I couldn't not say anything. They then said it would have been better to have done gel if I wanted a sharp line for the specific design. It would have been nice to have been told that from the beginning! I got them done again and still looked horrible. I ended up going back again to get them removed and was refunded. Horrible! And she kept saying she'd fix it but never did. read more

I got the lemon pedicure today. The service was friendly and professional. Was seated promptly and offered a beverage right away. My pedicure was relaxing and took about an hour. Great job with all the regular pedicure stuff - cuticles, callouses, etc. Enjoyed the warm towel wrap and the hot stone massage. Tons of colors to choose from. I got regular polish - and there was a clear base coat, then 2 coats of my color, then a top coat. There are so many places to get pedicures around here - this one was up there with the good ones for sure. Clean, bright, not a strong smell, lots of places to sit. I would certainly go back and recommend it to others. read more

This was honestly the worst experience. I paid extra for callus pedicure and added a manicure. I literally was in and out in 30 minutes. Upon getting seated I sat across from a lady receiving a pedicure. Once I was done she was still getting her pedicure. How does this happen?!? I work in the beauty industry. Not acceptable!!! You don't pay $65 for a 30 minute service. I'll never be back. I told them during checkout I felt cheated. read more

Be very careful. My husband received a severe burn from a wrap. Spent over $300 on mani/pedi and had to clean and trim nails for 20 mins after leaving. Came in at 5 for an appointment today and was completely disappointed with my pedi, me and my husband always get pedis together and this was the worst experience ever! All of the pedis we've had are soothing and relaxing this one was painful and way too rough and lasted about 15 minutes, we got the callus away spa pedi which is $37 and was not worth my money. Will never come here again! Don't waste your time coming here. If It could let me give it 0 stars I would. read more

I paid nearly 150 for a dip/gel set on my nails and a pedicure with gel. Both are already chipping. they disappoint me almost every time and now i am done going there for good. showed them a picture before they started my nails to see if it was possible to do what i wanted. they said yes and started before showing me their colors. they didn't have the colors i wanted so i had to pick something. they came out terrible so i just did a regular GEL color on my nails and they are chipping now and it's only been a few days since then. They were even giving goodie bags for the holidays to their customers and gave one to the lady who checked out before me but didn't even give me one. not a big deal to me but definitely was weird after that. all they care about is taking your money more than the quality of their work. i don't recommend it here. read more

I went there to get a facial wax and the lady waxed my entire eyebrow off and after she waxed my entire eyebrow off, she laughed and thought it was funny and then said oh I'm sorry I waxed it all off by accident. My nails look horrible, customer service was horrible, we were treated as if our money wasn't important. I asked for a certain color and my nail tech told me they didn't have that without even looking. My daughter sat to get her nails done. They change changed workers in the middle of that service. Then a male came over and said "well I'm just going to paint your nails.." When that was not the service we requested. Instead of walking out we paid our bill and sent a review. read more

Love this place but I checked the autoclave package to make sure the tools they were using were sterilized ‍nope.. I asked for sterilized tools and I'm getting them (they were great about it) but unfortunately they have none sterilized so I have to wait for the autoclave to run . I have been coming to Amaris for well over a year. I left a place that I went to for a couple of years because the one person I had do my nails disappeared. It did take me a bit to find who I wanted to do my nails (dip) and pedis. I have gone with other friends to other salons to get a pedi here and there and am never satisfied with what I get. I will only come her and have Miho do my nails and Lynn do my pedis. I have found my place! They are both wonderful and do exactly what I ask. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had along with the worst service. First the chairs were dirty so my friend asked the lady to wipe them down before we sat. Second the lady was so rough when removing the skin from my heel that she cut me twice. I didn't notice until it started to burn when she placed the wax for my feet to soak in. I paid for a $82 pedicure and I expected the best service which turned into the worst. After our pedicures were done the lady told us their credit card machine was down and we had to pay with zelle??!!! This information should have been brought to us before we started our pedicures. What would have happened if we did not have zelle??? This was a nightmare and the facility is gross and dirty with nail pieces all over the chairs, powder and skin from peoples feet all over the floor and everyone looks unhappy to be there. read more
