Went here with my son to get a pedicure before his wedding. Our technicians were nice enough and the owner was very friendly and bringing us a lovely iced coffee. For the amount of money that I paid, I don't feel I got the greatest service when it came to my pedicure. The technician did not do a good job at all when it came to taking down a callous. She literally tapped the grinding wheel on it three times without hardly touching it and called it done. When I told her it didn't feel like it was done she said "oh no no it's good". the hot stone massage was a joke. First of all they were so bloody hot. They almost burned my skin for the "three swipes" she did on each calf. My hot stone massage lasted all of four seconds on each leg, and I'm not exaggerating. I'm still trying to figure out how they consider that a "massage". When she went to do the wax for my 1 foot it was already solidifying before she put my foot in there so it didn't nearly have the effect that the other foot had. All in all, I would not recommend this salon to anybody who has back problems because the benches are hard and very uncomfortable when you're getting a pedicure. For the price you're paying I would expect a comfortable massage chair. When my next son gets married in three weeks, I will be taking our business somewhere else and getting a better service experience. Seems like they're just trying to cover their expensive rent with what they're charging. $220 BEFORE A TIP!! For 2 pedicures that are advertised on their little menu for $65. So I'm guessing the shellac cost as much as the pedicure itself?? They spent more time talking to each other than they did us which I thought was pretty poor customer service, considering they both spoke English just fine. Your service needs to reflect the price is being charged. You guys need to try harder and not just do the bare minimum when you're charging people that much money. I get much better results from a nail salon that costs a quarter of that amount and have way more comfortable seats to spend an hour sitting in. read more

I found the space to be light and airy, but that is where the beauty ended. The owner didn't follow through with my wishes and argued with me when I asked them to change a design. Five people converged on my location and spoke in their language which I don't understand unfortunately because I didn't get to participate in their conversation. Overall, if you are looking for creative intricate designs, this is not the place to go. read more

I had a shellac French manicure. Very good shaping and thickness. Unfortunately, one chipped within two days. I called and they were very quick to fit me in to repair the chip. They went above and beyond and resealed all my nails . I had a wedding to go to, and was thrilled that they made sure I didn't have a problem before the special occasion. They were very professional and extremely happy to satisfy my expectations on the service that was performed. I would go back for any service in the future. Terrible service. Techs talking on their phones with their earbuds in, and just rushing through the services as quickly as possible. Expensive, unpleasant, and not relaxing. This "salon" falsely advertises a "Bio Seaweed Gel" set of nails, which in this salon is just acrylic nails with gel polish - not the same thing at all. Against my better judgement, I went with the acrylic set and other than the nail art, they are terribly done. Crooked, lumpy, and sharp underneath. The owner was extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. He would not allow me to finish any of my sentences without interrupting me, and refused to correct his salon's mistake. Terrible service and shameful behaviour from the owner. NEVER go to this salon if you want a comfortable experience, or good results. read more

Went in for the first time today and was very disappointing by the manicure I received. This was paid for by a gift card so I did not complain at the time, but looking at it even more now, I can't believe somebody charges for something this poorly done. First of all, I do want to say the the nail boutique is very beautiful and clean, and the staff are very friendly, but that does not excuse charging for a manicure that ends up looking this poorly done. I chose to go with a regular polish because to add shellac to a manicure is AS MUCH as the manicure itself, which is ridiculous. The entire manicure process was rushed and the final product looks worse than if I had done it myself. In my personal opinion, I definitely don't agree with charging any one for something that ends up looking like this. The polish is warped all around my cuticles that weren't properly cut away, I am self conscious and will be removing this tonight. read more

I went here with my husband they were friendly and professional. the studio seemed clean and fresh, They will offer you alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea & water with a biscuit giving a good impression. We returned for a second time they seemed to be not as friendly as the first, perhaps due to Covid. I went alone for the third time. seemed nice. but they were clearly rushing to get to the next patron massages are not long and the motivation didn't seem to be there. she even clipped my toenail to close which made me bleed. but she carried on anyway. doctors say to cut straight across for some reason these pop-up shops like to give you ingrown nails and shape your nails oval. so frustrating honestly better off paying bigger bucks to get your feet done correctly when will regulations of these shops stop!! as most of these places are not probably educated. UV lights just don't cut it!! Also, I'm pretty sure to stay away from the water they offer you it had a fishy smell let's just say I didn't drink it. I will most likely not return just a bad vibe overall. read more

This is the best nail spot in Calgary, and one of the best I've ever been to in all my travels. The space is clean and beautiful and the staff is warm and friendly. My powder dip manicure looks flawless, and I got to sip on a cappuccino prepared by the owner. They also have the ability to host parties, so my next girls day will definitely be here!! read more
