Awesome and attentive service and delicious food! This cute restaurant is located super close to the main bus station of Amalfi which makes it really useful if you have to catch a bus soon. Most of the tables are outside and face the water which is great. The food was super delicious!! We dined at a few other places in Amalfi but this place was our favorite. Highly recommend the pizzas and salads. Very very reasonable prices too! A must visit when in Amalfi :)

We were coming from Positano on a scooter ride and it started raining. Not 100% but 30-40% but if you are driving, it is still good rain to drench you. We were drenched and reached Amalfi city. Parked our scooter at the port side, and the first restaurant we saw was this. We needed coffee. It was evening time and sitting here, sipping caffe latte having a view of Amalfi port and Mediterranean sea was great. It was a soothing time. So wanna go there again. Though we were not hungry who wanna skip the fresh pizza taste when you get the chance. We also ordered one potato fry (Crocchetta di patate) and simple tomato-based pizza ( Marinara). Café latte price ( 4 euro) was way expensive considering we only paid 7 euros for pizza. We also used loo which was dirty. Seems anyone can come and use the loo.

I don't often give 5 stars but this restaurant was so convenient (right by the ferry pier), accommodating (good service and good at speaking English. We took food, champagne, and cappuccino to-go so we wouldn't miss our ferry back), affordable (only 4€ for a glass of Prosecco where surrounding restaurant/bars were more), and most importantly good food! My friend and I split a salad and seafood pasta for a good balance. The salmon salad was more filling than expected (especially for 10€) - there was tons of delicious smoked salmon. We really enjoyed the combination of the green apple, avocado, and fresh berries with the mustard dressing on the side. The seafood pasta was to die for as well. The homemade pasta with the cherry tomatoes and sauce was very satisfying and there was plenty of fresh clams, mussels, calamari, and shrimp. We ate every last bite.

We've eaten here twice during our stay in Amalfi, and it's been nothing short of exceptional!! Great food, great prices, and great friendly service! I would eat here everyday.

Place you must try when you going to Amalfi. MUST TRY!!! Fish soup and seafood pasta are boomed. Also their house white wine is a plus.

Overpriced because it's on the water. The food is decent, just like any other restaurant on the street. Nothing spectacular. I got a clam/zucchini spaghetti- too many clams that were closed were included. I did like the red pepper shavings they put on as a decoration. It gave the dish a nice spicy aftertaste. In conclusion, for what it is, I think it's a tad overpriced.

We did manage to throttle back and not eat all of it lol, as we wanted to still enjoy our starter and pizza. The oils provided were the perfect compliment for the bread, the salad (and the crust of the pizza). Salad was fresh and light. Pizza rolled out next and we still believe this to be the best pizza we ever had. Not heavy, but filling. The flavors were so rich and bright. Of course I had to have a local beer which paired well. The seating was outside, which was covered in an ivy like feel. It was lemon trees providing adequate sun coverage and of course looked beautiful. We would highly recommend checking out Donna Stella if you're in Amalfi.

It is kind of hidden away and looks almost like you are entering someone's property. There was a wait but they seemed to remember faces and I did get seated after about 30 minutes, though they did seem pretty busy for a Sunday night. I ordered the lemon ravioli since I had been eating a lot of pizza and read that people enjoyed it. In my opinion, the lemon ravioli didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked, it seemed a little bland and didn't really taste like there was much lemon flavor and the quantity was a little small. Cooked well though. I think I would come back again but order the pizza instead. They did have a longer wait if you didn't make a reservation. Their lemon tiramisu (8€) was definitely worth it. Very creamy and not too sweet and had more of that lemon flavor that I was looking for. I wish I had come in a group, so they I could have tried more things, but no worries that can be next time.

This was the best meal we had on our recent Italy trip!…read more While the restaurant doesn't offer a seaside view, we sat in the atrium with a lovely evening light and heaters. We started with an amuse-bouche (compliments of the chef), which was a parmesan cracker with ricotta. We shared two appetizers among the four of us - a tuna carpaccio in citrus fruit and poached eggs with black truffle. The poached egg came in a sauce that was totally delicious and mop-able with bread. The tuna was fantastic and very light. For the main, our table split the pasta stuffed with burrata and black truffle and the risotto with red shrimp in lemon sauce. Absolutely incredible! The risotto was soooo refreshing and light and cooked perfectly. The truffle pasta was full umami flavor and a flavor party. We ended with delicious desserts, my husband got the hazelnut coffee which he loved and I got a lemon assortment. This had a lemon cream brulee sort of preparation which I loved. The wines here were also fantastic and the service prompt and great!

They don't have anything marked GF on their menu but the server walked me through what I could have. My friend and I started with the La Caprese and they provided me with a GF baguette. For my entree I had the zucchini GF pasta. The pasta was good but the sauce was a bit overwhelming. It wasn't my favorite. My friend ordered the La Genovese with GF pasta and it was really enjoyable. They only had 1 GF dessert so we opted to get the lemon sorbet. They also brought out a few GF candies as well. Overall the service and views were really nice but I wasn't a fan of my entree.
