Maybe they decided shortly after the initial contact that they no longer want to help. Or they just simply forgot. Regardless, I don't like being told one thing and then something else happens. Thankfully, I found (most likely) a more capable electrician who was lock step in communication with me from start to finish and did a tremendous job completing everything I wanted done.
