I've used Positively Charged Electric three times. Jason is very professional, reliable, easy to communicate with, and provides reliable quality on-time work. My first experience was with an insert oven that needed the breakers switched around in an older main box to make it work. Jason happened to be available on a Saturday and came right over and had the issue sorted out quickly and for a reasonable price. The second time they came out I had them upgrade the service, install a new panel, whole house fan, dedicated 30 amp for a camper hookup, and a dedicated 20 amp for an electric sauna. The third time they came out I had a new 50 amp sub-panel installed in the basement, three dedicated 20 amp circuits, and restore the 220 connection for the electric oven, just in case we get rid of the gas oven. Outstanding service by Jason I live in Heathr Gardens and we have very old cicuit boxes in most of these units. Saw his add. And since he hs been doing a lot of replacements here in HG. I gave him a call. After talking with him on the phone I was convinced he was the right person to do the job. The price was very reasonable. He really does have his act together and I felt comfortable dealing with. Not only did he make it easy. He made sure all the city permits where taking care of. I was having problems with the outlets on the outside of my house. I called to request a quote on having it looked at and fixed. Jason contacted me and said that it was a fairly well known issue and talked me through how to fix it over the phone. Didn't even charge for his services. Update to my previous review: Jason called and explained to me what was involved in the charge when he came out to my house to cut off electrical to outlets we didn't require. The conduit itself was leaking so we needed power to it cut. At first, I thought he was here for only 20 minutes and charged $100, but he explained what the job entailed and how much work he actually did, how long he was actually here, and he took the time to actually follow up on why I was disappointed (with my first review) and cleared up some misconceptions I had (he mostly spoke with my partner during the job). The fact that he looks at these reviews and is genuinely concerned about following up with customers makes me think he's one of the few reliable and trustworthy industry workers out there. read more

I found Jason very easy to work with for a complete service change at my house.(Breaker panel and meter box) I got the right vibe from him on the phone and that carried over to in person. He is a very competent electrician and did a nice job working around some issues encountered with short feed wires in the meter box. My favorite part was that, I did not have to upgrade to expensive Arc Fault breakers for this job. The inspection passed easily and the inspector commented on the neat work. I also like his business model which got the work done at a price that was right for both of us. We had an old Federal Electric panel and subpanel that we wanted to have replaced in our newly purchased (old) house for piece of mind.
