Ebersole Electric Services did a fantastic job on my emergency electrical need!! I work from home and had the power (internet included) knocked out in the bottom portion of my home. Owner Joel, was at my house within about an hour and hard at work 8+ hours trying to fix the problem. Unfortunately, this was too big an issue to be corrected in a night (with Joel staying till nearly 10 PM) and was going to require a return visit. When I went to pay for the days work, Joel refused and said he would not accept any payment if the issue was not corrected (which is amazing in this day and age). He returned 2 days later to correct a huge amount of poor wiring in the home (home flippers handywork- root cause of failure) and fix the issue we were experiencing. There was even some added safety features he put in to try and prevent anything similar from occurring in the future. When completed, Joel was willing to go with the original estimate provided the first evening, even though the work and materials turned out to be far more than what the quote was based on. This did not seem fair based on what was actually done, and in the end we came to an EXTREMELY fair price for the work. Ebersole Electric Services will be the only company I call in the future for any electrical needs and I would surely recommend them to anyone needing Electrical Services in their home or business. read more

Master electrician Joel Ebersole is just that. Wonderful down to earth person, honest, straight forward and listens to what you need done. We needed to have a service upgrade done. Joel found that the meter box was damaged and needed to be replaced. He got that done plus a new 200 amp service for the whole house and cleaned up some previous electrical runs. He completed the job in the time frame he'd set and in the price he had quoted. Since he did such a great job, was so spot on with his work, we've got him coming back to do more work. He is a great guy to work with and is proud of his work. He took the time to come look at the job, put all the details together and was very prompt. Highly recommend him. I called Joel today because of these great reviews. I was having trouble installing a light fixture and needed professional help. Joel said he was booked for some time and recommended another company's help. I (mostly jokingly) asked him for five minutes on the phone to run the issues by him. Without hesitation he said, "sure." So, over the phone, Joel patiently walked me through the issue and the light is now glowing above my dining room table. He could have said he was busy and I would have understood if he didn't want to offer me his services for free over the phone. Instead, he saved the day. I used Joel at E.E.S to install a 240v line from my breaker box to my garage for my EV charger. He was on time for the scheduled appointment and was very competitive with his pricing. He also was very knowledgeable about electric vehicles and chargers, which was nice. He was very quick to complete the job (was able to complete the job in the same day for me, which was a shock- uhh no pun intended) and the work was cleanly done. Service was excellent. Very timely as he came the same day we called and work was high quality. He identified the problem promptly and charged a very reasonable amount of $225 as compared to AAA Electrical that had previously come out and charged about $65 for just a ridiculous estimate. They told us they couldn't find the problem and it would cost at least $1500 for the further work needed and that would not even include any necessary materials. Joel replaced the service panel for our house. He is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and professional. He fully explained what work needed to be done and why. He also was happy to have me following him around and asking him lots and lots of questions. He pulled pulled the permit and came out and did the work in the rain. We moved a couple months ago, and we needed a 240 volt line run for our car charger at the new house. The existing breaker box and sub-panel were both very full, and when he came out for the estimate, Joel told us we'd need a second sub-panel installed. When he came out to do the work, though, he put in some extra time, moved some things around between the two panels, and managed to get our new line in without a second sub, saving us some money. This is an electrician with integrity. Joel worked against the estimate he created for my project and realized that their was not as much work reflected in his initial estimate. Without any prompt from me he reduce his estimate to a more than fair amount. I had absolutely no issues with the permit inspection of his work.
