I can honestly say that Joe is one professional electrician. I had him upgrade my service panel to 200 amp. When he opened the existing boxes he found a serious issue and had to call Xcel to correct it. Joe installed a hardwired ChargePoint EV charger I bought from Lowe's for us a few weeks ago for our '24 Volvo C40 Recharge. Recently had a Wall Connector installed in my garage in preparation for getting my new Tesla. I called several companies/electricians and got numerous quotes and most were in the $350-$600 range just to install the Wall Connector about 6 inches away from my garage's sub panel with a 50A breaker. I don't know a ton about electricity but it shouldn't be that much work. There was room on the panel and all that had to be done was installing the breaker and wiring the Wall Connector up to it. Anyway I got a quote from Elevation Electric LLC. Joe was super helpful, had a new Wall Connector on had so I didn't have to wait for one to be shipped to my house and also was available to install pretty quickly. Yowzies! We just confirmed that we found our go-to Master electrician! Joe ijust did it again! The first time he came out, he did a fabulous job adding a new outlet (my first review was for that), so when we had issues with our breaker, we gave him a call, and he left us completely amazed at all he accomplished! While talking to him about coming out to check out the breaker, I off-hand mentioned that our plastic cover for one of our outside outlets broke off. I was wondering if maybe water from that outlet somehow did something to that breaker. He ended up installing a new cover, but it was a much better one which allowed outlets to be used with the cover fully down. He also fixed an electrical plug, where the ground part of it (you know, that third piece that lots of appliances have, but not all?) came out of the original one. Yes, I didn't even know that third / ground part of plugs came out! It got stuck in the outlet! He replaced the old plug which was missing the ground piece, got a 90 degreed plug which allowed it to stay plugged in with that outlet cover down. So cool! So back to the real reason he came out. He not only fixed the breaker but also worked to fix the cause of the breaker issue to help minimize it from happening again. All this for a really reasonable price!! I hired Elevation Electric to install a Tesla High Power Wall Connector (HPWCv3) using a new 60 amp service for my Model 3, extend an existing line to an outside weather protected plug, and install a Sense power monitoring system. Joe performed a site inspection and generated a quote within 24 hours of my query. The price for all requested services was well within the range of other quotes I received. I was impressed with Joe, as he seemed genuinely interested in making certain that the HPWC and exterior outlet were installed in the best way possible.
