With all the storage options around, this would be the last place to choose! I called today and got…read morea quote and was told to come in by 4 to rent the unit. I arrived at 3:55 and was told by the same moron who gave me the quote that all he could do is show me the unit today because he closes in 5 minutes. I asked what the point is in telling me to come by 4 if he couldn't rent me the unit and he said, "I just said that's what time we close." They offer no specials or deals like everyone else, so I gladly took my business elsewhere. This is a perfect example of why businesses fail!

Any issues brought to their attention were immediately resolved in a satisfactory matter which does reflect positivly and thus the change. Even if it did take several hours of my time and energy doing research to make that happen. If you need a real definition of what an amazing, trustworthy, accurate, well-intentioned business is in the real world, well count on the following information to help make up your mind! For instance, when the manger Morgan hands you a brand new up-opend lock that could have been made in the 1970's, kindly refuse it, see what happens! Absoulutely hiliarious! I bet an overwhelming amount of you who have had the experience of renting here have wondered the same thing when the response is "Oh, no, you can't say you don't want it." What happens when you tell Morgan, you really don't want one of their locks, even if it is a what the comapany calls a "gift"? Well, you will have an opportunity to experience harsh denial again and again with follow up responses of "Well, you can't return the lock (aka gift) that you haven't opened, because we gave it to you to put on the unit! Its yours! The best part being, it is the only lock that fits! What a great way to show honesty! "The only lock that fits!" Awesome! Do you see a pattern of dishonesty starting to appear or not? Morgan will say, no, you cannot choose to NOT accept the 1970's lock! We don't care what you do with it, except you can't give it back to us! Personally all business' should treat their customers like that! If the intent of the business is to.... How about a vaguely defined "setup fee"? Just like all the other storage places of $10.00 or more immediatley upon acceptance of application, and yes of course make that required, but not detailed. If Morgan did choose to detail out the small administrative fee for you it would look something like this, it is for all of the air that you used in order for Morgan to move you in, Morgan assisted you with it and will just call that a "necessary supply" or a part of them, for that type of activity doesn't fall under employee hourly rate compensation, from the business perspective. Any one ready for insurance? Personally I love the insurance part of this company, let's break it down. Its simple, managemant at their sole discrestion can choose when and if to pro-rate your insurance or not! Imagine being forced (not optional) to pay a FULL MONTH of insurance for having property at this location for 2 hours! Thats right folks, 2 hours! Imagine a time 6 months before having been charged for 2 days of insurance at .30/day which happens to be the prorated amount! Why? All because Morgan was in a good mood the first day! Is it a brillant way to show how Morgan took advantage or took care of a customer? You be the judge. Talk about honest business intent on opposite day! A mangager who can say that insurance can be prorated during a certing time of his choosing, but it is not required to be consistant through a certain business model is.... well....wow, yea don't make Morgan mad, you will be charged a whole months worth or rent for 2 hours of your time, you will then be told it is the computer program that is making him type the data in the fields, and that it can't be changed, well this time at least, just not the time before! Amazing how another in depth demonstration of dishonesty shows the truth. How about a security fence with a semi operational completly outdated kepad requiring constant contact with the front office to keep operational, especially in severe weather, anyone? Absolutely! Staff that has no problem explaining to you the results of their horribly drawn excuses for their business practices with logic similiar to the one who tells you "Gravity DOES NOT exist!" "Trust me!" Then they laugh at you and jump up and down! Yep! Thats the kind of company to trust with your personal belongings alright! Believe them! Don't ever rent here, unless you would like to be subjected to the previous descriptions of events.
