Put it this way ... this Starbucks is the McDonald's version of coffee. My man and I always come inside to order our drinks and they will usually mess up with a thing or two with our drinks. But if we could get a chance to get ALL of our drinks replaced and redone properly, we would.

I was really excited about coffee stand but when I got there that bird took a big dump on me. Both of their websites advertised sandwiches, pastries and bagels but there was none there. They also advertised specialty Java and smoothies but again there was none. So I asked exactly what they offered? So I was told they have cold brew with a couple of flavors to spruce them up and some teas but that's it. So I just went with the cold brew straight up and it wasn't bad but not good enough to go back. So this was definitely a miss and I really feel they should update their website ASAP or someone else will drive there and be disappointed. Well at least the service was good and honest. And that's my take on this Blue Jay, Peace and out!

When I got there, there was 1 outdoor table with 3 chairs. Due to high wind and dust that occurs frequently in Ontario, the seats were dusty and dirty. I'd give it a 3.9 out of 5.

I use to frequent boba spots like this in highschool so its always fun to stop by when I see one and grab a quick drink - however I dont remember there being THAT many options. I think there's something like over 100 options? They have a top 20 menu but that was still a little overwhelming for me. I did see that they had a new matcha series so I tried it out. She didn't noticed she messed the order up til we got to the store. It was a lil confusing but we explained to the gentleman at the register what our problem was and I wasn't understanding what my daughter was saying to correct. He did. He fixed the order before it came out and understands the language of confusing stressed teen who don't know how to order. I was impressed. Then, my nephew (11) did not like his drink. It was a new drink to him, pink drink, made in a special way he wanted.. He did not like it at all. Trying not to complain he was trying to put it down. I saw his reactions to every sip and suggested we get a new one even if I had to buy another drink. Went back to the counter where a lady received us. We told her the drink was made correct but just didn't sit well with my nephew. She went ahead and made him a totally different drink for no charge. Now my nephew is happy again. They made my confusion easier, straightened out our mobile order, made a new drink after it was already all done and delivered to us. All at no extra charge for our shenanigans. This means a lot to wife and I and will be coming back over and over.. Thanks guy. Update 9/29/23 Still awesome guys TY!

I let that pass, who knows maybe they were understaffed and had to close early and it happens, it's understandable. But the second and last time happened yesterday. I put in an order for a venti Caramel Macchiato and other things. It took longer than usual, I was finally given the drinks, the venti was dripping from the side and was sticky to the touch. They forgot to give me the pastry I ordered, I had to remind them so they would hang it to me. I go home and give the venti to my sibling and she told me it had no flavor. I took a sip and it turned out it had absolutely no caramel flavor. It was like a cafe latte without any sweet. For $6+ that's pretty disappointing. Good thing I had some caramel syrup at home and sweetened it myself, but that shouldn't be. They must have been very busy because they seemed kind of flustered at the drive thru. But no syrup pumps on the coffee. I hope they don't do these kind of mistakes to other customers.
