This morning, my wife ordered on the mobile app we arrived. I walked in and asked for the restroom. They denied me and said it's for customers only and I said I am a customer. Emily told me that she would take my order now I said I already order I don't have your order it. I did a mobile order. She gave me the code, but it was the wrong code. It was only three code. This store is located next to Domino's Pizza on the corner of Vineyard and Walnut with drive-thru service. I ordered an 'Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso' but replaced the Oatmilk with Coconut Milk since they were out of stock and to my surprise, it tasted delicious and was super satisfying. The drive-thru service was friendly, fast & efficient. I was very satisfied with the service here. read more

So... it's a super windy day. I came to this starbucks to do some work. When I showed up at 2 pm, the doors were locked. there are 4 partners inside working and as I knock on the window they just staring at me. Finally someone comes to let me in and they said it's too windy to leave the doors unlocked and they were too busy to come open the door because they are so backed up at the drive-thru. So... I order my drink and notice another gentleman walking up to the door. So to help them out, I opened the door. Well God help me... I get reprimanded for trying to help. "Sir, you can't just open the door to let people in." I said, I asked if you wanted me to get the door and she says, "we didn't hear you." They could have put a sign on the door, said they are closed, and but thanked me for trying to help. But...no. the blank stares, they arrogance--wow. Oh, and I've seen WAY BUSYER Starbucks manage people way better. I get if they were backed up...ok, if you lock people out, there's got to be some explanation--not blank stares. this is not how you treat people. read more

Whenever we go there and order a hot tall size drink, the cap is never on completely or is too small, this causes the hot drink to spill when someone tries to drink it. Is it so hard to put the right cap on a hot drink? read more

Since last yr I come here before work a couple times a month for my hot black coffee, either Dark Roast Brew or Americano. I preorder so it's ready quickly and I have to say it's been tastier the last 6 months or so. So I've been going about 1/wk now. The only bummer is that sometimes there is 1"of room at the top and I feel very cheated. Sometimes it's to the top so it depends who the barista is. But I really wish it would always be closer to the top since I drink it black. Last week I decided to try a breakfast burrito for the first time...and the last time. It looked nothing like the photo. What I got looked like a flat pizza. I will still go for my coffee, but not the Spinach burrito, it wasn't as good as it looked. read more

I feel bad for the review because I don't order anything. I stopped here for the first time today and decided to use the restroom first. As I walked up to the Glassdoor I thought I had the wrong place. "Surely this can't be a Starbucks", I thought seeing the dirty glass and door. I've never seen a Starbucks so dirty before. And I mean, the door just wasn't from a busy crowd. Undeterred I went in and headed to the restroom. The tiles were filthy (a word I rarely use). Where the tile meets the wall was covered in a black sludge that had to be growing for months. The walls, the door, just nasty. I thought that if they couldn't keep the bathroom presentable are they properly cleaning the food area? I just couldn't go there. So I walked out. There were around 4 staff in there and no one acknowledged me on my way in or out. This was at 2pm on a Monday. read more

Unfortunately I keep on trying to give the Starbucks a chance. let me start off by saying...The employees are very nice! I ordered a Trenta cold brew with no ice and they will not fill it up to the top the Brisas said their store manager will not allow them to fill it to the top when no ice is required. So whatever they're supposed to give you an ice that's how much your cup will be empty. This is the only Starbucks that does that. If I'm paying full price for my drink it should be filled to the top. read more

This Starbucks location is nice. The interior design is cool, and the music isn't too loud, making a nice ambiance. The servers were kind and delivered my drink quickly. The shaded outdoor area at this location is excellent as well. I have had some issues with their hours in the past but none today. read more

Stopped in last night for my go-to iced green tea and was thrilled to find a Starbucks drive through open 24 hours! I was a little bummed about the tea being a little over brewed at 11:30 p.m. but it still hit the spot. I wonder if it tasted differently because I asked for light ice? Starbucks gurus, help me out! This location is conveniently located not too far off the 60 fwy on Vineyard. The barista who assisted us was friendly and there obviously wasn't a long line at all at that time of night. I've been to this location several times before and I have no major complaints. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area (but I'll just make sure my tea isn't over brewed). read more

Love this location. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient. The cafe itself is always clean and well kept. They always have a great selection of cups, mugs, tumblers to purchase. And when seasonal beverages come around they are very good about keeping the ingredients stocked so they can have everything available to order. read more

This Starbucks had become my on the way to work Starbucks. It's crazy non-stop busy to say the least! They get a crazy morning rush. No matter how busy they are though, they always say good morning, and greet with a smile. My drink is always got and exactly how is ordered. Service, even though they're slammed, is always fast. I've yet to wait longer then three or four minutes for my drink. The staff is on it. No standing around at all. They work very hard and get it done. Keep at it! read more

The chubby guy with long hair Was extremely rude. it's obvious he hates his job! I work closer to this Starbucks but often go to the location on Archibald because this location is awful. I have been having bad experiences at this location for about 4 years. I don't know why I bother still coming. Today I got my order quite fast but my bagel was barely toasted and had a weird cheese on it that probably was cross contamination from a previous I did not like it. My order was clearly rushed so they half cooked my bagel. Update: since my last review I've had them mess up my order 4 times today being the most annoying because I could really use a pick me up. read more

This is usually the Starbucks I go too because it's close to the freeway I catch to get to work. I'm really getting sick of the lack of effort the opening crew puts into making their coffee. This is the second time that I've asked for soy and they still end up putting 2% milk. Pay attention!!! Thanks for wasting my time and not being able to have my coffee on the way to work. I will not be going back to this location. I would of given this location 0 stars but the girls that work mid shift always make sure my drinks are made correctly. Thank you! read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for awhile and it's so convenient that it's down the street from me. Another HUGE factor is their Drive Thru is 24/7. Upon entering I was greeted with a Hello & was acknowledged. I ordered a Cafe Latte (Grande) and a Pumpkin Bread. My order was tasted good and have no complaints. My overall experience was great and was provided with great customer service. The staff is very friendly, nice & cool to talk to. I'll back coming back for sure and keep up the good work guys! read more

The baristas here make the whole experience, everyone is so friendly and kind. They consistently make my order perfectly and I love that they make my experience so personal. This Starbucks is so far for me and completely not on the way home lol but when I am in the area I have to go to this Starbucks, every single time we go it ALWAYS tastes exactly how it's suppose to. I wish I had gotten the name of the young man who made my drinks, I wish he could forever be my barista! Whoever was working 7/28 around 8pm making drinks and wore glasses .. you deserve a raise!! I didn't want to finish my drink cause it was soooooo good! Every time I order a brown sugar shaken espresso all I taste is oat milk at any other location but not today! It was so perfect, thank you for a great ending to my little family's night, my son was a huge fan of his drink too. read more

My phone number doesn't work for the rewards and I could never figure out how to sign up. I ordered my usual milk tea with boba. This time, I put less ice since it was chilly outside and I even had on a cardigan. When my drink came, I was fairly disappointed. With less ice, came less to drink. My drink wasn't filled up... I guess I understand, but at the same time, it was a bit of a rip off especially if I'm paying $6.50 for it. The milk tea was not sweet although it was 100% sweet and the boba was inconsistently different sizes. With a second visit and the same lack of taste, I don't think I'll be back. I'm paying the same price as another boba shop that would give me more toppings and fill up my cup. I'd rather drive towards Eastvale for boba instead.

At the window, I was feeling jolly (''tis the season and all!) so I told the barista to keep the change after paying. [As an aside, I dislike tipping BEFORE service but "oh well", I thought..."what could possibly go wrong?"] Everything went wrong after that. We ordered two drinks and two cake pops. Cake pops were handed out the window, no sweat. Then came the chocolate milk. I grabbed the cup and as soon as I got the drink into the car a good 20% of baptized me in the name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Mocha. The lid had been placed on top of the cup, but was in no way, shape, or form ATTACHED to the cup. I then secured the lid, making sure I heard the snapping sound indicating I had a good seal, put the cup in the cup holder, and looked over to the barista who, with the enthusiasm of someone getting a root canal, said he was 'so sorry about that' while shoving a handful of napkins in my direction. Thanks but I think I need a mop and bucket. "Can we get a clean up in aisle 7?" I'm sopping up the mess as best as I can and he then hands me my other drink. At this point, I'm really expecting him to hand me a refund. Maybe a card with the manager's number so they can pay for my dry-cleaning? How often are they allowing customers to get doused with the drinks they paid for that the barista's reaction was so nonplussed? Like, 'Yep, just another day here.' I like Starbucks a lot and this is the time of year where I splurge on expensive fancy coffee more because I just ADORE the caramel brûlée lattes.
