Came by for dinner the other night and it was a world class experience. a lea is a Parisian restaurant featured in the Michelin guide. They focus on farm-to-table concept featuring what is fresh.
Made a reservation for dinner and my table was ready upon arrival.
Meal started off with an amuse bouche which was a small bite-sized portion of soup. It was creamy and rich.
Moved on to the crab ravioli as the appetizer and it was excellent. The pasta arount the crab was excellent. Flavors were on point too. The complimentary baguette to dip the sauce was helpful!
Opted for the quail and added the truffle supplement for the main course. The quail was cooked to perfection being tender and flavorful. The meat fell off the bone too! There was a generous amount of truffles that made this dish super fragrant!
Opted for the cream puff dessert which was light and tasty!
