Avoid this place. They do not troubleshoot very well, they will make you get unnecesary parts…read morerather than troubleshoot the issue first. They do not care to retain their customers, and service is sub par. If you vocie your concerns to the owner they jsut simply hang up on you. Shame, used to be a great company before the original owners sold the business. They also overcharge for their services. I am putting this review on behalf of my elderly father (not tech saavy).

Now , I could understand if we didn't tell the intake person at their business what exact repair we needed and what size pipe we would require , but we did , and yet they were unable to do the repair and told us they could not return for weeks to do the repair. They also threw out there that we should be thankful as they were doing us a favor.? I will say the repairman was super nice and clearly just an innocent party in this unprofessional train wreck. I'm not an HVAC specialist but I do know enough to know that it doesn't take 3 weeks to get a small common sized pipe in their possession to do a minimal repair. Our correspondence was with Jason , who we believe is the owners brother. He was beyond rude, disrespectful and down right horrible Just do yourself a favor and pass.

Two years ago we needed a new septic pump. Mascetti installed it and all seemed fine. Two years…read morelater, now, the pump failed. We texted and called Mascetti; no one got back to us. We had another septic company suggest it was a bad float (without seeing it). We paid an electrician who came out to fix the float $700 to fix a part which he thought caused the issue. A week later, the pump failed entirely. Both the septic guy and the electrician said the pump wasn't installed properly and wasn't the right type of pump to pump up a hill where our leaching fields are. Certainly, a new pump should last more than 2 years. We are now facing the cost of installing a new pump, on top of the sunk cost of $700.

In January, I experienced a flood in my home and contacted this company for help. Unfortunately,…read morethe technician who came out initially misdiagnosed the issue. As a result, the flooding continued for several more days, causing unnecessary stress and damage. I had the technician return, but the actual problem was only identified because the demo crew already working in my home pointed it out, not the plumber. Essentially, I paid a diagnostic fee for an issue they failed to correctly identify, even on the second visit. To make matters worse, I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited toward the repair. However, when I later called to schedule the repair and request that credit, I was met with an unprofessional response.the representative said she would "think about it." This experience was frustrating from start to finish. The misdiagnosis, lack of accountability, and failure to honor what was promised reflect very poorly on this company's professionalism and reliability. I would not recommend their services.

What stood out to me was that he's a genuine guy who looks out for you like a friend; he explained what needed to be done, gave me options, and never once made it feel like a pushy or greedy transaction, something I've experienced with plenty of other businesses. He really puts people first, and that kind of honesty and care is rare these days. His knowledge of the system and the time he takes to explain how everything works have always been helpful and informative. During this most recent visit, he completed the annual service and also reinstalled the line-set casings after we had removed them while residing our house. It was a tedious job, and I was so relieved to have it done professionally. To make things even better, Bill was willing to come out on a Saturday to fit me into his schedule and didn't charge me for the overtime. When one of the heat pumps unexpectedly stopped working, he spent hours troubleshooting the issue instead of rushing through the appointment. He even returned on Sunday morning to continue working until everything was resolved. Bill's dedication to his customers is exceptional. He genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just fixing the immediate problem but building lasting relationships through his professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. He's someone you can trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
