Alto pharmacy will replace the brick and mortar pharmacy. My previous pharmacy couldn't Get it right three times in a row. Then my former pharmacy tried blaming in my doctor. I absolutely loved this service, until I didn't. I thought the delivery and app were so convenient, but a year ago I had a very important prescription delivered to the wrong address, even though I requested signatures. Couldn't find it and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Eventually after walking up and down a few blocks, I found it on someone's doorstep. After that, I made sure to update my delivery instructions to provide a very detailed description of my house and patio to make sure if they didn't get my signature that they were at least sure it was my house. Well today, same thing happened. Delivered to a completely wrong house, doesn't even remotely match the description of my patio on the "proof of delivery" picture. Can't get a hold of anyone, and of course this delivery they didn't send me a text link to connect me with my driver like they usually do, so no way to contact the driver. I'm sure I'll once again get a response from Alto too late, with a very mild apology. I'm sorry but when delivering medication, they shouldn't treat it so carelessly. read more

Everything has been great with Alto up until today. I had a delivery scheduled for my fertility meds needed to sustain my pregnancy for between 6-10 pm today. I get a call right at 6 pm, being told that they cant deliver today. The reason I was told? The delivery driver called in. It was rescheduled to be delivered for the same time tomorrow, but now im afraid to trust Alto to get these meds to me. If they decide to wait and call at 6 pm and cancel again tomorrow, its at that point going to be too late for me to try and get them from somewhere else, and my fertility clinic will have already closed for the weekend. Other arrangements should have been made on their part to get my meds to me - especially when it comes to medication such as fertility meds. There is a reason we've used Alto this entire process, quick delivery being the main one, but now ive lost trust. read more

I can't give Auto a good review because they have so many ways. I thought this was a great idea but the service is is trash. They don't have no compassion about medication drivers decide they want to return the medication too lazy to do their call customer service they act like that it's not important. They tell me it takes 24 to 48 hours for a supervisor to call me back concerning my delivery, very unprofessional very unprofessional. read more

Waited all day for life saving insulin. At 8:30pm they claim to have delivered it. No delivery person even made an attempt. Took my copay and then scammed me, in so far as I can tell. This was my first and last time using their service/app. Worse than doing nothing. read more

Absolutely difficult to work with! I started using Alto because my doctor recommended it. After a few months I gave up on using them and transferred our whole families prescriptions (about 15 prescriptions). It was horrible and no one knew how to process secondary coverage and I went back and forth so many times and no one would listen. Like an idiot I thought I'd give them another try cause some of my son's meds are specialty and they had it in stock. Well that's what they said and didn't and my son didn't start treatment on time. I went back and forth about his primary and secondary authorizations and then they didn't order it until the prescription was billed. I went to the hospital pharmacy to fill it but they couldn't cause Alto kept submitting and reversing and they couldn't get them to stop. I requested a transfer, but nothings happening. I even had the doctors office try and transfer or void the prescription and they are having trouble. Well now I'm trying to get the same medication and sent a message about his primary and secondary authorizations and if someone can process both. I got a message back saying it's just primary and to contact my provider. What?!?! Look at the history of billing and messages!!! I told my doctor about Altos services and he said he's so sorry and that he stopped recommending Alto cause he's been getting so many complaints. read more

I waited all day for the Dexcom sensor it will be delivered today 7/16 between 12.30 pm and 3:30 pm I call the day before and check the app to confirm but no delivery was even attempted I called back of course, no more deliveries today Sunday so delivery is scheduled for tomorrow the app said it would be delivered 8/11a month after, my device expire today it is the last one they took my copay and then scammed me so far as I can tell. This is the first time that happen but this is a serious issue I depend on this equipment to manage my diabetes life saving this is not a toy. I used Alto for a new prescription last month and I was over the moon with their service. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was tickled pink. Couldn't have been more pleased. Now... time for a refill. My physician sent in a refill request around noon on Friday. The request has gone basically IGNORED for two days. I called around noon today, and the agent told me that there was a problem with applying a coupon, and somebody would return my call in 15-20 minutes. (P.S. They work on weekends... this is a pharmacy with delivery service.) 2 hours later... No return call... So I called again, and the agent was able to apply the coupon without any problems, and indicated that nobody had attempted to apply the coupon before. Of course, no more deliveries today, so the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. I think that 3 days and several phone calls is unnecessary and avoidable. I WILL be discussing this with my physician and letting them know that they should rethink recommending this pharmacy in the future. I was considering moving my other prescriptions over to Alto, but after this weekend's experience... NO WAY! read more

It said 1 delivery ahead of me for an hour then when he was coming to me it was 35 minutes past the delivery time and it didn't let me track where driver was as it usually does. Driver seemed clueless when I asked him why he was late. Driver delivery earlier today went perfectly so not sure what the problem was tonight. read more

Amazing pharmacy, actually allowed my DOCTOR to decide my prescription of Ivermectin for Covid and were okay filling it. CVS refused to fill it for Covid indications even though it's given very easily for tape worm. Will use them from now on for all out prescription needs. THANK YOU Alto! I have used Alto a few times, this last one was horrible. I placed the order and it said it would be delivered between 12:30-3:30 to my office, the app kept updating saying that the delivery would be around 12:45, so I waited and did not leave for lunch. Then it kept pushing the time out by about 15-20 minutes. By 4:15 I was getting nervous that it would be delivered at all. So I called the number at 4:45 and the app said it would be delivered around 530 told the rep. She was trying to cancel it and change to my home address, since the office closed at 5. In the meantime the app notified me it was being delivered at that moment. Just very frustrating as I could have gone somewhere and picked up my prescription so much faster. read more

I was thinking about switching my other prescriptions to Alto, but after today I might go the other way. The app told me the driver was arriving soon, so I went out onto my front porch. A car pulled up, To my house, the driver seemed to be preparing the delivery, and then drove off. I walked out onto the front yard. The driver must have noticed because they came back and delivered the package. After I went back into the house, I noticed that I had a new message from Alto stating that I needed to meet the driver at the door or provide a safe place for the package. I was outside on the porch and the driver never got out of the car to check!?! when I got inside I opened the package and it only had enough medicine for one month, even though my insurance requires 3 months. I called Alto and they said it was because of a coupon which only allowed a one month supply, but I never set up to use the coupon. the rep told me they would make sure next time they would give me a three months supply. After the call I looked online with my insurance company and the claim was for 3 months. Waiting now to see what type of insurance repercussions I get to deal with now. So, this whole thing is not my issue but I'm the one paying the price of unnecessary hassle. read more

Overall a great experience using Alto! I requested my doctor to send my supplies to them after hearing great reviews about their service. The most fascinating part about my Alto experience was receiving my supplies the SAME DAY my doctor submitted my prescription, AT MY DOORSTEP! Would highly recommend Alto over going to a traditional brick & mortar pharmacy due to ease of ordering and being able to track delivery right to my doorstep. Despite the sign on the door telling people to avoid knocking or ringing the doorbell, and instructions on the order to have the order placed inside the delivery box at the front door, the delivery driver rang the doorbell more than once, knocked on the door (which set my dogs off barking, hence the sign on the door asking people to avoid knocking etc) and insisted on a signature before releasing the box. So much for contactless delivery. My dogs both ran out, it was chaos. Not happy. Most of our prescriptions are still 'undeliverable' due to lack of price, and I needed to prompt customer service to please so and price one that we had already run out of, so we could finally get it delivered. I was very impressed with Alto Pharmacy. The website was user friendly and the my order was delivered the same day I placed it, which was really convenient. I've used other delivery services from various pharmacies and I have always had to wait 1 to 2 days for delivery and it's rarely delivered when promised; and then there are the costly processing and delivery fees. I love the prompt and free delivery Alto pharmacy offers. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend them!!! read more

I started using Alto in California I guess about 4 years ago. Perfect service . Good communication, great service and awesome delivery. Since moving here my encounters with the Lewisville store have been problematic. They won't send me 90 days of expensive medications thereby causing me to reorder every thirty days. But the worst thing is their customer service. I've just spent the afternoon arguing with them. They have always sent a receipt a day in advance of delivery. In fact my wife received one today for tomorrows order. This customer service rep said they never do that....I'm holding one in my hands! and have been receiving said receipts for years ...with no resolution. The service in Lewisville is poorly run. sad...I guess this is what happens when you get too big. Ikeep hoping they'll get new local management. read more

This is the best Pharmacy out there, and there delivery service is outstanding they let you know update on when it will arrive.

It was so convenient they kept me updated every step of the way. And when it was the next stop it turned to gps were I could see were my driver was. Only problem I had which wasn't a big deal her gps was off so I was able to call the driver because they furnished the number on the tracking to tell her she was going the wrong way. She thanked me an we got her to my place she was very friendly an apologetic, which she didn't need to be since it was her gps messing up. I would use them again. read more

We had many issues and delays getting the right meds ordered. Finally got it straight and delivered but it didn't have the needles inside to administer the insulin. Tried all the next day to reach them with calls and texts but no response. Partial blame to the doctors office, the rest on Alto. Plus, our insurance would not approve Alto, so some things we ended up going back to our regular pharmacy and mail order anyway. Will not be using Alto again. read more

Never can send your drivers to the correct address. My address is listed on your file in Shady Shores and you send them to Denton. I have address this issue several times and your company never corrects the issue. I sent you a message reminding you today. And didn't do any good! Mr. Keddrick delivered the medication. And he was nice. He did not have on a MASK! I had my MASK on when I greeted him outside. Please tell the delivery persons to wear a MASK.
