I tend to go to another not as close or convenient for no real reason. This location has 2 entrances. One on Gaston and one on Abrams. The Abrams entrance is easier and more parking! Inside, this is a spacious and very well kept up store. The staff is very, very friendly as well as proactively helpful. I noticed a promotion all over the walls about order ahead and pick it up in the parking lot. Wow, what service!

She stood with her hand on her hip. She was so rude! The fact I was rushing to get there in time from work and then to look at me and tell me you are closed with no basic courtesy with not an ounce of kindness tells me the type of person you are. I will make sure to take my business somewhere else. They obviously don't need mine. I have owned businesses in the past and I would have fired her on the spot. All of this new automated systems will get rid of idiots like her. She acted so entitled but what is sad is her job is going to be replaced by automation. Then she can stand in front of a mirror at home and throw attitude there. Our society has become lazy. To have taken a moment to assist me would have been exactly how the situation should have been handled. Having some kindness and compassion is what we need. She was a total Bi**h. I hate to think what my children & grand children will have to live around. I'm amazed at the lack of self awareness. I think people show how miserable they are inside. It's really too bad!

I am appalled by the incompetence of this place…read more They gave me a partial prescription then completely forgot about it. Now, the rest won't come in for another month. They cancelled my prescriptions multiple times because they didn't hear from my doctor. Their fax never sent to my doctor. My doctor then sent a handwritten prescription. I'm out at this point because they kept cancelling it without telling me (2x). THEN, they're only open 9-5. I work 8-5. I order early so I can pick it up during the weekends and don't run out but because they kept cancelling, I ran out. Can't transfer it or have someone pick it up as they are government regulated drugs. These are not medications I should miss. You caused many issues and I have never been this pissed.

I was utterly shocked when the pharmacy staff decided to ignore my obvious flu like symptoms and carelessly sent me to inside the store. The only reason I went over the drive-thru was because I didn't have anyone at the moment to pick up the Rx for me and couldn't afford doing a same-day delivery. Nonetheless, I learned my lesson and hope the pharmacy staff at this location will somehow too. This is disconcerting and very upsetting, especially when it is coming from people who should be cognizant about someone else's flu symptoms and other health conditions!

Filled my RX minutes before close, to a new customer, that was not entitled to receive it, but was sick from being without the medication for days. I have chronic illness and I'm used to Pharmacy interaction. They accommodated my emergency with kindness and professionalism and have made a loyal customer out of me.
