Came with my son for the first time. I wanted to be sure it was a great experience for him, so i called in advance for all the rules about shoes, socks, lockers, and even snacks. The girl told me everything. Then I show up with my son and the guy starts right away with I DONT KNOW WHO TOLD YOU THAT and POLICY... the girl was right next to him and said she spoke with me, then she CONFIRMS what she said next to the guy... and they give me the rudest looks and attitudes because of what they told me. Then I walked in to jump and right at the front they give me dirty looks and tell us that we have to carry our shoes to the top. It was the WORST experience. Came with a friend and everything. Took my sister here as a reward for doing so well in school. They had a special for the holidays where we got to jump for 5 hours and only pay $20. Honestly i can not see myself being here for more than 2 hours. This place is more for kids than the actual adults but adults too can enjoy the trampoline. I really enjoyed watching kids try out the tumbling strip. The performance wall needs an employee to constantly observe and monitor the children. It really bothered me how there would be 5 kids in the pit and 5 on the wall. Major safety hazards. Half of the workers are probably high school kids just trying to earn a buck. They could care less about safety in my opinion. Dodgeball looked fun but also very chaotic. Hopefully it was controlled chaos. At least the kids enjoyed it. read more

I was there for a free high school event and they wouldn't let my brother in even though he had proof that he went to the school it was for. They even tried to get me to pay for him to be there with their usual pricing. The cashiers are really rude, gave me bad looks and are snarky. Also, the socks are unreasonably priced, especially for a free event, but are required in order to do anything there. read more

only reviewing for the kids base camp. this place can get pretty crowded during the weekend. there's a lot of parties going on the weekend. They dont have any staff member supervising the kids area. parents are required to supervise their own kid. However you have parents lounging around the trampoline or jumping themselves on the trampoline with their kid. the kids playing around dont have enough area to jump around because of the parents on the actual play area read more

I do not recommend this location. My children received coupons from their Junior High for citizenship awards for free jump at Altitude Katy. When we went for them to use them the manager Ephram refused to let them use the coupons. He said that they were only given out to Elementary schools in the district so they couldn't be used on Junior High students. I explained to him that the Junior High gave them to the kids. He continued to argue with me about this and still refused to allow them to jump. I contacted the corporate office about the situation as well and they have not returned any of my multiple calls. read more

I'm doing this on behalf of my bestie, as she doesn't do social media. She booked this venue 4 weeks prior to her sons birthday with a private room. Upon arriving she was told they didn't have a private room available. So she was comped $40 off the price. Ok. I'll give them that. Then when she placed the pizza order, she was told she was not allowed to order any extra pizzas, even though she was paying for them. Note to adults staying with their kids, eat before you go or you can purchase your own food. At a party. You were invited too. Because that makes sense. No worries, it gets better. I guess we were suppose to have a hostess assigned to us, but we would never know because we sat, waiting on what to do for what seemed like 15 mins. Mind you, most of the people working there are high school age and well that work ethic just doesn't exist. She never came over, until we tracked down an adult who was in charge. After that the service was meh. It's a fun place to jump on trampolines, but that's about it. I'm glad I was there for the first time, only to never go back. Been to this place several times and never really impressed. However, to please my son we throw his party there. We had no party leader assigned to our tables and had to ask for one. At that point we had done a lot of the work giving wrist bands and socks out. Shortly after that, took my son to the rest room and no toilet paper and trash everywhere. Told some kids that worked there and they came off annoyed having to check. But now the worst and why I'm writing this and will never go back. The GM/owner I politely went over to tell him and he told me "well we are busy today". I said it's like this every Saturday, you should be better prepared and have processes in place. Then he tells me, "we try, but sometimes we fail." He said this as if he could careless that they fail for children birthday parties. He showed zero empathy and gave no apology. After that i found out he was the owner. As I see other posts I see he does not care our children choose his place to celebrate their birthday, he only cares to make money and could careless on satisfying customers. He came off as a jerk and from reading others reviews he may not just come off that way but maybe just is. Knowing that he's the owner, I will never go back to put a penny in that man's pocket. We were there for a birthday party. I will not recommend this place to families who have kids with special need. Some crew members are very rude. If this place is putting teenagers as a team lead and give responsibility, they should also provide a proper training how to handle some situations. We are not definitely going back. There are better places with better personnel. read more

Had a birthday for my 5 year all son in this place. For almost 500 dollars that I paid for the party I got rude personal who treated me and my guests very unpleasantly. We were told to stay in the same line with everybody else to get our wrist bands (all 20 of our guests). I guess for 500 that I payed they could not arrange the bands to be ready for us. We also never got our dodgeball time that was promised with the party. We were told that they "messed up" the schedule. To be honest there is just too many people in that place so it is total chaos. The people who manage the place are highschool kids who totally panic if smth does not go right. The place does not allow any outside food to be brought in, even in the private party room that we rented. The only food you can get through them is pizza and bottled water. Great selection for a kid party. There is no security for the kids. You have to follow your kids every where. Kids can easily get lost as there are so many people around. There is nobody checking by the street exit door. So your kid can just run outside or be taken by someone. Nobody will stop him/her. I really regret having a party there. Although the kids had a good time I was so stressed the whole time we were there. There are much better choices around. read more

If you are bored of going to arcades and you want to get your leg muscles stronger you need to head on over to Altitude. They require you to wear their Altitude safety socks that have nonslip soles. They have that rule so people do not wear their own socks and don't stink up the place. So if you read this review and go to Altitude please write a GOOD review so they don't have to close. We went for Toddler Time and after we had been there maybe 45 minutes, the lights went out! Turns out they went out all over Katy but the staff quickly got flashlights and helped everyone down off of the trampoline floor and gave us a pass to come jump again for free! Very classy move, Altitude! We'll be back soon! My two year old had a BLAST!!!! read more

Extremely disappointed!! I had my son's bday party here and was stressed the whole time. My party hostess wasn't very informative nor was she very helpful at the party....no one heard when the dodgeball was happening..hence missed it. We had our son's birthday party there today. There was an issue with the pizza that was ordered not arriving. The owner of Altitude called Hungry Howies several times to find out where the pizza was. The owner of Altitude called the pizza place again and found out that it wasn't actually on its way. He decided to go himself and get pizzas from Papa Johns instead. Our party host was wonderful and very apologetic and kind. She took care of all of us. The owner came out to give us updates about the pizza several times during the party. Because there was some inconvenience with the pizza and hungry kids the owner really took care of us. I wish I had gotten his name. He was extremely kind and accommodating. I will definitely be going back and giving Altitude my business in the future. The owner made the situation right and we are very thankful for that. I've taken my daughter there twice now. The first time they over charged me and I had to go back the next day to have it taken care of. The girl helping us didn't know what she was doing. They ask you what color socks you want but wait till you have them open to tell you the black are $4 vs the purple being $2. My daughter isn't really fond of the trampolines, she said there too small. She prefers Jumpstreet, right near this location. Also, the parking is terrible. read more

AMAZING customer service. Came here about an hour before closing. Staff let me know I could only stay for a bit but they offered me a pass to come back another day. Everything is very clean. I usually go to another trampoline park, which charges extra to use the performance wall. This place includes everything for no extra charge. Between not answering their phones and then telling us the wrong info numerous times regarding teen night, we are happily giving this place one star. It's like pulling teeth getting a hold of management. We had our plans all set for teen night, then they changed 3 times whether they were having it. So, we went roller skating and then found out at last minute they ended up having teen night after all. I was told management would call to get the issue resolved regarding this AND not answering their phones. Nothing. Now they're asking me on messenger what the issue is after already explaining several times. We were patient...but not anymore. read more

We have gone twice now (I have a four year old and two year old) and we had a wonderful time. Compared to Jumpstreet, I felt that Altitude has a better set up to accommodate children of all ages (it's not age segregated like Jumpstreet, but rather it is open concept and allows for children to play with space, and the more challenging trampolines and activities are around the perimeter). So instead of my kids only having a few inflatables and three trampolines, they can use the entire park. My four year old loves the trapeze and I'm thankful that the park allows the more agile toddlers to participate in all the attractions. All in all, we love this park. Pros: 1) Yes, you purchase socks that are design so you don't slip on the trampolines but you get to keep them, so it's not like you have to purchase them again...and they are nice socks (especially for toddlers) who like to run around on our tile floor at home LOL. 2) The park is design with an open concept, so as a parent you can literally stand in the "lobby" and see your kids anywhere in the park (BIG BONUS). 3) Did I mention they have massage chairs??? 4) appropriate for ALL ages (including the big adult ones too) not age segregated (that might be a con for some parents, but with parents with multiple kids at varying levels this is nice). I LOVE playing with my kids...jumping on trampolines is fun! 5) Really cool set up, dodgeball area, jousting, trapeze, super trampolines, etc. Cons: 1) We went for a party one time and the party goers were given one table that didn't fit all the kids, so some kids couldn't sit at the "party table". I'm not sure if this was a fail on the hosting parents (only renting one table when they invited 12+ kids and parents) or the facility that only is sets up one table/per party despite being told how many kids are coming. Me, personally, I would have asked those type of questions when scheduling a party to ensure that the space matched the needs of the party I was planning for or I would have condense the invitation list to fit. The tables can sit 8 people comfortably (10 if you are fitting little ones), but don't forget the adults too! Unfortunately if they are booked for parties, there may not be any tables left for the adults to sit too. It's a little awkward eating pizza standing up. 2) Unlike Monkey Joe's or Chuck-E-Cheese's, there is no "checker" at the door or system in place to enhance security that strangers don't run off with your kids. Now in all fairness, this park is really meant for grade school kids and not toddlers AND it's my responsibility as a parent to watch my own kids but it would be nice to at least have an entry system that makes people go through a turnstile (if anything to count participants to make sure the facility stays at or below capacity) and to (at the very least) slow down anyone who may want to grab and go. Also, there is an arcade game right by the front door. My 4 year old loves it and runs over there (even without my permission) and it drives me nuts that he is right at the front door before I can get to him sometimes. 3) Love the massage chairs but you have to have socks on to get to them...don't tease me LOL. Annnnd it would be nice if you didn't have to pay for them too but I totally understand because then parents would sit in those things for an eternity and there would never be any chairs available, BTW every time I have gone, there have ALWAYS been chairs available because the parents who complain about it costing money don't sit in them while the parents enjoying the massage don't care and are happy that they are just available LOL. read more

Fun place kids had a blast! The price to jump was on the higher side and you have to buy their socks you can't bring jumping socks from another jumping place. They do have snacks: chips and drinks and you can also order a pizza. They don't have lockers so don't bring anything you can't hold onto. They do have cubbies read more

My daughter broke her leg here. They allow grown adults to jump with small children. This is not a safe practice and many children are injured at trampoline parks by similar practices. It doesn't matter how many workers are there or how good you watch it just takes one person double the size of your child to injure them. read more

Just recently had a birthday party there in their private room for 20 kids. I was very pleased!! We arrived 15 min before to decorate and the room was ready and the our party helper was gray too. She helped us decorate quickly and kept the party on track. Usually at other party places the kids only get to play for a short period of time. But I was very pleased here, I had a 2 hour party and for the most of that time the kids got to jump and play. We spent a short time eating and singing happy birthday which I thought was going to be bad but it was actually good. The kids ate, we sang happy birthday and took pictures. I really enjoyed my experienced there, they give you all the water you need for you and the kids and they provide socks for all your guests in the party. One little thing that I also appreciated was that they gave the kids of the party their own time to play on the dodge ball court without it being crowed. Which the kids really enjoyed. Overall I enjoyed the party there and the kids had a blast!!! Also the place was not too crowed being that it was Memorial Day weekend. Great place for a kids party!!! Wish I could give a zero star review because that's what this establishment deserves under the management and the treatment I got today. I have been here 2 times to altitude the first time it would have been 5 stars and was looking forward to coming back, but when I did the manager (musa a tall, male with a pony tail ) was there and treated me with an awful attitude. first looked up the wrong name and made me fill out a 2nd waiver which I didn't mind too much except for the fact that I had to have my mother fill it would since I am under 18. when I went back went to a different cashier and I checked out but he called me over about 5 min later saying that I am not 18 and asked for my ID but I told him that my mom had signed it online and he decided to have an even worse attitude and decided he had the power to refuse service on account that he though I was lying when my mother signed it (but she did). I tried to tell him that I could have him call her but he said no I don't like your attitude and I apologized when she called this establishment no one answered so I was unable to jump the entire time I was waiting on my friends. If I am being honest I think the manager is racist because I saw plenty of under 18 year olds not show their ID's and they got through by signing their own waiver but he didn't care in fact no one except me was showing their ID and when the manager told me I had a bad attitude the employee that overheard laughed and as I left he apologized. He also said i don't know what was wrong but the manager has never done that so when your employee laughs the and apologized for you then that should tell you that that something your doing is not right. I would advise people to go to sky zone or jump street because this place is off my list now and I will not be coming back here until new management is enforced and this manager is fired so to sum it all up this establishment is not where it needs to be and is not "family friendly", just don't come here basically. I hope that I am the only one that has had this experience at this trampoline park and that no one has had to deal with type of event. read more

I have had two of my Grand childrens birthday parties here as well as attending 12 other parties here.It was very organized, the kids had a blast. Very high energy plus the Adults can also participate and jump on the trampolines. Party host was very friendly as well as all the staff. Fun food but would also like to see some finger food for us adults. Would give this new trampoline park 5 stars. Great gathering place for the parents while the kids play. My daughters would like a parents nite out but they said it is not available. read more

Our kids had a blast! There was lots to do for all ages. The only negative was the price. We saw an advertisement for toddler time, which is $6.95 for weekdays between 10:00 and 1:00 for children under 6. When I arrive, I notice that one of their digital screens in the building also advertised toddler time for the same times and price. However, when I go to register my kids, the front desk worker states "We aren't doing toddler time during the month of December". That means our price changed from 6.95 total per child to 14.90 per child to play for two hours. For our three kiddos, that is definitely a significant increase! Definitely pricey for families on a budget! Please just be aware that the under 6 toddler time discount does not apply in December or during school holidays. read more

They completely messed up my son's bday party reservation. First of all, when I got there, I was waiting in the line for the waiver. I asked an employee if that's where I should be she told me to go to the check-in counter. So I got out of line and went. Then they had me go back to the waiver line again. So I wasted time. I had reserved the private room but they had me on the public tables. I requested two extra pizzas on my reservation but they only had one extra pizza when we showed up. The hostess that we had did just about nothing for us. I asked for an extra pizza and she told me to go order it myself. Well she just stood there at the door I asked for more water which was supposed to be unlimited. She brought room temperature water for kids that had been sweating. I talked to the managers about my concerns and they just repeated what was on the reservation. They did not seem very concerned about making me happy about my experience there. It was not about the money. I will never be going back to that place. Not even for a play day. read more
