The menu was surprisingly extensive, and had amazing teas that ranged from my spiced herbal tea to a friend's color changing tea. Each of us got unique teacups and teapots, which we enjoyed equating to our individual personalities. The food was delicious but not excessively filling, and our English native declared our tea party to be almost exactly like what you'd expect in her homeland. Also, despite being in a room with no windows, the decor was tastefully set to feel like an English garden with hanging flowers and light colors. Given how many groups I saw show up with reservations, I HIGHLY recommend calling first before showing up. This place is far from a hidden gem, so you'll need to plan ahead for a spot of tea.

Owner and server provided refills on water and tea and checking in to make sure we were happy. The setting was cozy and immursive . The teas were great. If you have several people in your group, order different teas so you can try other flavors. The savories and sweets were good. The sandwiches could use more salt, pepper, paprika, or seasoning. More textures like cucumber, tomatoes, sprouts, or pickles could give it more depth. It tasted one note but there was variety like ham, egg, chicken. Another recommendation would be to have sugar substitute for diabetics. I will suggest this to my friends and I would come back.

All four sandwiches were really tasty from the bottom tier, the middle tier was probably my least favorite, the top tier had all the sweet treats. They also offer a children's tea service which had a lot of great options. The tea was fantastic (we ordered the Darling Darjeeling), but I wish we could have gotten one tea pot per adult instead of sharing one with the tea service. My daughter loved her apple and honey tea. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and they offered hot water refills more than once which was nice. The tea room was chic and very clean. Location was a little hard to find. Waze and Google Maps took me to the back parking lot, but the signage was on the street side of the building.

They have a beautiful garden out front and they harvest the herbs and produce they grow there for their menu items. We got to try two recommended teas, the Darling Darjeeling and Moonlight Juhi. Both were delightful and full-bodied with the subtle florals complimenting each of the teas. I really enjoyed all the sandwiches and sweets that came as part of the tea set. The staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable as they described each of the food as well as the teas to us. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking to spend a lovely time celebrating something special!

The smallish parking lot was almost full when I arrived a little after 2pm, but most people were shopping for shortbread in the shop section. They have an impressive range of different types and flavors of shortbread on offer here. Reservations are required for afternoon tea, and I would recommend calling as opposed to filling out the email form on the website. I walked in to the cozy tearoom and was quickly seated. The room was cozy and the table set with items from Britain. Additionally, they had nice holiday decorations out, which lent a festive air. Service was very friendly, and we never felt neglected, even when the shop was busy. While I waited for my tea companions, I perused the tea selection. Lots of options, from fruity herbals to traditional black teas. My family soon arrived and our tea orders were taken. I went traditional in my selection of PG Tips (a British black tea blend). Each person received their own teapot, with cozy. The teapots stayed hot the entire time, which was nice. We had sugar cubes and milk to add if so desired. Everyone seemed happy with their tea selection, my niece even finished her teapot of blueberry tea. The tea tower of food came out soon after our teas. The sandwich/savory tier had both cucumber and roast beef sandwiches, along with sausage rolls. All were hearty and delicious, and the bread was soft and fresh, not dried out. A tangy mustard sauce complemented the sausage rolls nicely. Then there were three large scones, one plain and one cranberry. These were served with butter, strawberry jam and cream. The top tier consisted of fruit along with lemon curd, chocolate mousse and cream tarts, each with a shortbread base. All delicious and perfectly sized. Their was more than enough food for us, and I ended up taking quite a bit of the scones and savories home with me. The sweets were the biggest hits with my niece. After the tier was removed and boxed up, one more treat was served. It was a delicious combination of chocolate, whipped cream and a brownie base. It earned a thumbs up from my niece. I grabbed a couple shortbread treats for later on my way out. They were all rich and flavorful, as were the leftovers from the tea itself. This was a wonderful holiday treat, and a friendly and tasty introduction to afternoon tea for my niece. I will be back for some more shortbread and another afternoon tea with friends and family. Highly recommended.

We did the classic tasting without any add-ons except for mimosas while we were there. The highlights? We were raving about the vanilla scones (so simple, so good!), the meat pie, and the tea sandwiches. Every tea we selected was delicious and the pomegranate mimosas were a highlight for all of us. I encourage leaning into the theme, get dressed up, wear a fascinator, and fall into wonderland! Notes: reservations are highly encouraged due to limited space, so definitely make sure you reserve ahead of time! Allow extra time for parking - this is in the heart of downtown Beaverton and may require a little bit of a walk, but don't let that discourage you, keep circling and you'll find something, or settle for a nice little jaunt and enjoy the charm of downtown Beaverton.

We were in on a Saturday afternoon and nearly every table was occupied while we were there, yet it felt like we were the only table. The setting is very cool. There's so many hidden gems as you look around the space. Even down to their dinnerware and teapots. Each one unique and fun, enough to generate table conversations. Our server, Joey, was fantastic! He took the time to go over his favorite teas and answer any questions we had about ones we were interested in. I'm not a huge tea fan and I really enjoyed the one I got (birthday black tea-decaf). The food was so yummy! Our party were all so excited to try everything. The vanilla scone was the standout for me, but I did truly enjoy everything. My only caution is that parking can be a bit of a headache in the area so be aware ahead of time, but do not let that stop you from making a reservation for afternoon tea, it's worth it!

The tea service is beautifully presented, with lovely tiered trays of savory bites, sweets, and pastries that make the whole afternoon feel like a real occasion. The teas were excellent, and the whole service invited you to slow down and enjoy yourself. It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger, talk a little longer, and order one more pot of tea. There's a charm to Skywater that is hard to fake. It feels welcoming, peaceful, and carefully done in all the right ways. For a special outing, a celebration, or just a beautiful afternoon treat, their high tea is a delight. Five stars.

Scones were dry and somewhat flavorless. I think the new owners are of Filipino descent so there were a couple anomalies, 1. ham sandwich (which is too fatty and this should be poultry instead) and 2. The matcha thumbprint cookie just doesn't work. Matcha is strong and grassy and doesn't complement the menu. The oreo cheesecake muffin was my favorite thing. There were many unusual and delicious tea choices. From lavender grey tea to pink lemonade tea to amber bliss etc. There were tiers of goodies from little quiches to these amazing fruit cheesecake layers of awesomeness to a french bread/brie/berry jelly topped off with rosemary etc. She has some wonderful options of different flavored sugars such as ginger and lemon as an example. You may buy these wonderful delights and then include them in your tea or you can just lavish in sugar cubes. We actually ordered this amazing rose hips iced tea with frozen fruit and mint ice cubes.
