The whole process felt rushed, there was parts I still wasn't completely sold on but they told me thats how the wedding dress was supposed to feel / it was supposed to be put on that high. Not to mention, I came with a sample pair that I got altered a couple of years because I still love the fit! The lady at the location was adamant that she understood and could deliver a quality product. Not keep in mind this 5 pair of pants with the tag still on them. So I wait patiently for a week to have these alteration completed. I got to pick the pants up and something about the ladies energy is off. I'm big on energy! I'm picking them up in between jobs so I insert my card for the $75.00. Grab my items and go to my second job. When I get home I try them on and it did not give what it was suppose to have gave! It's appeared that nothing was done. My pants look the same as before. I was in shock! I just paid $75.00! So I go back 8/19/2021 and attempt to resolve the issue. The lady that works there seemed to be on board with providing options until she wanted me to pay an additional $100.00 to complete the same work that I asked her to do in the first place. She then called the manager and had her try to explain why I should be ok with spending an additional $100.00 to fix an issue that was due to a language barrier. Be aware when you attempt to patronize this establishment! Sincerely disgusted with the lack of caring, horrible, customer service!!!!! Good customer service is HARD to find anymore!
