Jenny calmed my anxiety by reassuring me she could get it done for me and ready to pick up by the next day. They always have you try on the altered clothing before for your input & after the adjustment to make sure it fits accordingly. III. QUALITY Out of the two items they've altered, I couldn't even see where the new stitch work was made. The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

The owner is super sweet and makes sure to address all concerns and give suggestions on what can and can't be done. I was able to get my dress taken in and the top part sewed in to fit my body.
