So today I decided to give Lapels another shot at servicing my clothes. When I walked in I was asked for my basic information. The young lady at the counter stopped and went to get the manager. I asked her if there was a problem and she said something was wrong with the computer.. when manager came out he stated "you badgered us on a rating." I said no, I gave u a bad rating last year for your service but I'm here to give u another shot.. He then proceeded to look for my rating on his cell phone.. I again asked him if was going to service me and he said I'm looking for your rating first.. I then told him not to worry about it because I will take my business elsewhere and just give him another rating tonight.. So here it is..
