They were very fast and got my 4 pairs of jeans pinned in no time. I got back all 4 pairs and they managed to match the thread colors for the hems perfectly as well as trimming the bottom of the cuffs. I hate excess material. Prices are higher than others and it takes them longer to finish than others, but otherwise, no other negative things to say. Recommended.

Took the others back during the first pick up just in case and was almost pleased. It was still a little big from the original pining so she had me put it back on and pinned it again. The second time, she got it just right so I left the others. They're all almost exactly the same now, sized down perfectly! She also fixed a pair of pants and they cost A LOT less than the other place with great quality. I've seen designer clothing and college band uniforms hanging there and their great work is the reason why.

Nabil is one of the kindest people I have ever met and definitely made me feel welcome every time I would walk in the door. I had him alter two dresses of mine on two separate occasions and each time he finished in a timely manor and had done quality work. The first time I went to Nabil's I assumed that my dress would be far cheaper to alter than it ended up being. When he realized I was short on money he told me not to worry about it and allowed me to pay 25 dollars cheaper than the original estimate. He then took off another five dollars and told me not to worry about it. Immediately after I went to take cash out of the bank and brought it back to him and he nearly refused to take it. I gave him the money and he told me I did not have to do that. Because of the service I had received the first time I did not think twice about who to bring me other dress to to get altered. Every time a friend talked about needing alterations I would rave about Nabil's! Even when they didn't ask I told them he would be a good person to trust with their clothing. I highly recommend giving this man your business!

She not only delivered on time, but she also gave me a great price! I'm also extremely satisfied with the result. When I asked her if she could do this special request, she said she can do anything. I really love her "can-do" attitude. This was the reason why I passed up a few other tailors I called and she got my business. I make YouTube music and cover videos, and I'm always looking for authentic costumes. I ordered a yellow faux-leather jacket on Amazon, a replica of the one Freddie Mercury wore for his famous Wembley concert in 1986. I ordered a 2xSmall-- their smallest size-- and it was still a little too big on me, and I usually take an adult small or medium in U.S. sizes (which likely would have been the same that Freddie would have used too). I asked Erika to shorten the jacket at the shoulders by about 4 inches, and in the process, it made the shoulders narrower and the sleeves shorter. This one alteration did all 3 things that needed done for it to fit me, and it is now a perfect fit! If you'd like to see how great this jacket fits me now, check out the video!: https://youtu.be/eFrSFMklQKQ I will definitely be back for more alterations and maybe even for her to make me a few costumes, but I'll of course give her at least a couple weeks notice next time. He's an older man from New York, with the accent to match. But his tailoring leaves much to be desired. I brought in four pairs of expensive pants to be hemmed recently; not a big job for any tailor.
