Instead, they came back looking wrinkled and still had visible spots on them. It made me wonder if the clothes were actually cleaned at all or just placed back on hangers and bagged. For a professional cleaner, I expected more care and better presentation. This didn't leave me with a good first impression, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. You must first purchase a $1 reusable/reloadable Royal credit/debit card (using cash or credit). It works only on their clean, neat, late-model washers and dryers. The staff member who greeted me first was named Brie and was especially helpful -- checking on my progress and offering to help, if necessary, a couple of times.
