For a professional cleaner, I expected more care and better presentation. This didn't leave me with a good first impression, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. There was a lot of back-and-forth (faulting us at times for not letting them know to Dry Clean only), but at the end of the day no customer service to compensate for the loss.
