I checked back in a couple of times in April and the workmanship was sloppy as admitted by the owner. I checked again in the beginning of May. Still not finished. My flight was leaving for the event on May 20th so I went to pick up on the 18th of May. Still not completed. So on the day before my flight I picked up the dresses but I didn't have time to take them to be cleaned after they had been dragged around on their dirty floors by the seamstresses. The owner offered zero apologies. I will never take anything to that awful establishment again. HORRIBLE!!!

I told her the absolute horror story I had been through, with the dry cleaner up on Reynolda Rd, and how I had been back to that business 4 times trying to get them to sew the flags on RIGHT. I told her that I had already spent $150, and that I was so sick of the other business that I was willing to just pay her for the whole job, regardless of what I had paid the other people, just to get the job done right. She took in the work, and when I went to pick it up, not only was it done RIGHT...but she refused to charge me a penny! She said she could see the jacket was important to me, and that I had been through enough (with the other people). Man, I went home, gathered everything I had ever THOUGHT about mending, altering or having sewn, and came back with my arms FULL of work I could pay her to do. Amy is just a awesome person! She is now my "forever" seamstress!
