I found her information here on yelp, gave her a call and she said come right on over! She is so sweet and nice and made me feel very comfortable working with her. She perfectly altered my jeans and I was happy. The turnaround time was only a couple days, which was great for my upcoming vacation. I also had a vintage windbreaker jacket that I bought online. The jacket was in great shape, but the wrist portion of the jacket was a bit stretched out. It's an uncomfortable feeling for me when I wear a jacket that's too long, and that was the case because of these stretched out wrist, making the jacket go past my fingers. I showed her my concern, and she said she would take care of it. She was able to tighten up that part of the jacket and now my hands are missing in action when I wear it! Her prices are very reasonable. A lot less than places I've been in the past. Would 100% recommend her and I will be back to her for all of my alteration needs.

I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding.
