With my being blessed with a lean-muscular six-foot-five physique, I require my suits to be in a "42 Long" in order to fit correctly. However, the "slim fit" suit that I recently purchased online arrived a bit too short in the arms and legs. After taking my measurements (like all legit tailors must do), conversing in-detail about how I prefer my suits to fit me before checking both the extra material within my jacket's cuffs and inseam within the pants legs, Sunder advised me to return this particular suit at question and order the next size up to give him the extra necessary material needed in order to alter it perfectly. I'm already looking forward to indulging in his tailoring talents in the near future due to the mere facts that he already comes highly recommended by other Yelpers, plus how helpful and kind he remained with me both over the phone and in-person. I make YouTube music and cover videos, and I'm always looking for authentic costumes. I ordered a yellow faux-leather jacket on Amazon, a replica of the one Freddie Mercury wore for his famous Wembley concert in 1986. I ordered a 2xSmall-- their smallest size-- and it was still a little too big on me, and I usually take an adult small or medium in U.S. sizes (which likely would have been the same that Freddie would have used too). I asked Erika to shorten the jacket at the shoulders by about 4 inches, and in the process, it made the shoulders narrower and the sleeves shorter. This one alteration did all 3 things that needed done for it to fit me, and it is now a perfect fit! He's an older man from New York, with the accent to match. But his tailoring leaves much to be desired. I brought in four pairs of expensive pants to be hemmed recently; not a big job for any tailor. Paul got it done in two days, but failed to do basic things like sew straight stitches, or remove the tailor chalk marks. I plan to ask for my money back.
