They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

When we got there the guy we were connected with on KSL (Richard) was not there, so we got put with some other guy. After talking in their elevated conference room, they came out with an offer, $4000 (listed price was $5000). After saying we were happy with this amount, they took it back to their inspection room, and after about an hour and a half of us being there they told us they were not interested because of problems with the transmission and suspension. These problems were clearly listed on our KSL listings, which makes me think they either didn't read it or because we got someone that was not familiar with the car they didn't realize the problems. Either way it took an hour and a half out of our day with absolutely nothing to show for it. There were also some workers chatting in the back and it made me uncomfortable how they were talking about a woman that wasn't there, very loudly calling her a b*tch. I couldn't believe they would be saying stuff like that in such a customer facing area.

My parents recently visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle, and unfortunately, their…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. They were treated with disrespect simply for asking reasonable questions about the loan terms, including the interest rate and financing details. No customer should feel pressured or looked down on for wanting to fully understand what they are signing. The biggest concern was the financing process. They were initially presented with a loan carrying an almost 19% interest rate and were encouraged/ pressured to sign the paperwork. When they refused because they were not comfortable with those terms, Cristina, the underwriter very rudely demanded that if they didn't like the interest rate of 19% that they had to bring in a check for the amount of what the vehicle cost. My parents felt threatened and disrespected by the way of how she was answering their questions so they left her office to talk to the salesman. When talking to the Sales Man she came out and said that somehow she had overlooked an offer of a Credit Union for a 4% interest rate. This raised serious questions about why the much higher rate was presented first and whether they were truly being offered fair financing options from the beginning. An important financial decision like purchasing a vehicle should never involve pressure or attempts to rush customers into signing documents they do not fully understand or agree with. We left with the feeling that the treatment they received from the underwriter, Cristina, was different from the treatment other customers would have received. The interactions made my parents feel singled out and disrespected, and they believe their ethnicity influenced the way they were treated. Whether intentional or not, no customer should leave a dealership feeling that way. And When this was told to the salesman he simply said that "that's her way of being and that she just talks like she's in a bad mood all the time". We expected honesty, transparency, and respect. Instead, my parents left feeling pressured, confused, racially profiled and deeply disappointed. We hope management reviews how financing is presented to customers and ensures that everyone is treated fairly and with dignity.

We were drawn to this lot by all the eye-catching signs and huge selection of vehicles. However, it soon became very clear these "salesmen" could care less what WE wanted in a vehicle. The first vehicle "Bob" drove over was $9k over the budget and had a transmission noise he played off as the "eco" setting. The second was $15k over of budget and had none of the features we asked for! Not to mention we waited 30 minutes before seeing each vehicle for some reason? He had paperwork ready for the first vehicle AND had added $3k for perks we didn't want! I was getting fed up, finally I said "We will think about it. Its a school night and its getting late, we should go." The salesman said "Sometimes we have to make sacrifices to get what we want." BRO What??? Then his boss came over and pushed us even more! Our family is getting bigger so we finally decided it was time to get a mini van…read more We came across Carnova from a Facebook post they had for a Pacifica. It was by far the cheapest Pacifica listed , from we could tell, so we thought we would check it out. The dealership itself isn't really what you'd expect when pulling up to a dealership. It's a warehouse building that's tucked away off of state st. There isn't a front door or anything. So if they aren't already expecting you, you'd have to knock on the big garage door or something until they notice you. Fortunately, we were expected so we didn't have to wait long. Gus was the one we worked with and he was very friendly and professional. He let us take the car for a drive by ourselves while they evaluated how much they would give us for our car. We decide we wanted to move forward and at that point he walked us around the side of the shop to a side door. Inside was a little make shift office to go over numbers. The process did not take long at all, and we ended up with what I believe was a great deal. He even told us about a 30 day drivetrain warranty that the dealership provided at no cost. However this was not in writing anywhere, which made me a little wary about it. So why 4 stars instead of 5 if everything went great? About a week after owning the van, a check engine light came. We had the light diagnosed and discovered there was an issue with cylinder 4, and that the top two engine mounts were shot. We notified Gus of this issue and he gave us no trouble at all, and had us drop the car back off at the dealership so they could take a look. They had it for about a week and a half or so. They said they didn't get the check engine light to come up but did fix the engine mounts and discovered a small coolant leak. Another day or so of having it, the check engine light popped up again for the same issue. Again, Gus did not give us any trouble and they took the car back. They had it for two weeks this time, but reported that they made the necessary repairs. I wish we had been offered a temporary car while they had our car for a total of almost a month, but I suppose I should be happy that they upheld their 30 day warranty (which they very easily could have chosen not to do) Despite the issues we had with the car, I would 100% return to buy another car here. My car had a tire pressure light on that they said they would fix and when I had it in to fix the just reset the light. The light was on for a reason. There were multiple pieces of metal in the tire (which they said they took off and checked) I had to purchase a tire from Big O. I also had the oil change pckage and the 18 year old that did my last oil change over torqued my drain plug and bent the opening pretty bad so he put a really big after market plug in with a gasket. BMW said that the entire oil pan had to be replaced, Fortunately I went in and threw a big enough fit that they gave me a written promis that they would replace it if it ever leaked. Then I found that the rear passenger door was broken with the child lock on and the Transfer case was out. Everytime I took it back they said it was fine. The warranty that they sold me for 3k was locked to their service dept! I finally got someone to listen to me and they checked out the transfer case and said it did fail. It had metal shavings in the fluid. They used to check off that they rotated my tires and they didnt until I told them too. Then when I drove home my car started making a weird noise about a block from home. My husband checked and the lugnuts on my driver side front tire were so loose that it could have fallen off. I can see why they have been closed down. update: my oil pan is leaking now and the dealer is closed, the gentleman who promised a replacement is saying the they will honor it since it was all part of the Larry H Miller chain and he is still a district manager there.
