I went there to sell my car after one of their representatives contacted us on KSL, saying they were interested in the car. When we got there the guy we were connected with on KSL (Richard) was not there, so we got put with some other guy. After talking in their elevated conference room, they came out with an offer, $4000 (listed price was $5000). After saying we were happy with this amount, they took it back to their inspection room, and after about an hour and a half of us being there they told us they were not interested because of problems with the transmission and suspension. These problems were clearly listed on our KSL listings, which makes me think they either didn't read it or because we got someone that was not familiar with the car they didn't realize the problems. Either way it took an hour and a half out of our day with absolutely nothing to show for it. There were also some workers chatting in the back and it made me uncomfortable how they were talking about a woman that wasn't there, very loudly calling her a b*tch. I couldn't believe they would be saying stuff like that in such a customer facing area. read more

We worked with Stephanie on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. She was thorough on figuring out what we like/wanted and is very personable. Buying a car from her was like buying a car from a friend, she wasn't pushy and genuinely wanted to help us find the right fit. When we told her we were between two cars and wanted to leave to look at the other car so we knew for sure what car we wanted. She didn't try to pressure us to stay but instead understood. BAIT AND SWITCH! You have been warned. So, we see a vehicle we are interested in, call to make sure it is still there, and schedule a test drive. They call us back even, and confirm we are coming a couple hours later. We arrive, and a salesman and manager meet us, and have us sit down at a table. We are wondering what is going on, and they come out and apologize letting us know the vehicle that we were interested in is no longer available and going to auction They then wanted to show us other vehicles in that price range. We said we were looking for something specific and were pretty upset that we had taken that time out of our day to drive 30 minutes and they should have known. That's however not the end, because you could say honest mistake, right? Nope, a couple weeks later we see that same vehicle listed again. This place does NOT deal honestly with you IMO, and I would avoid them at all costs. read more

I would give this entire experience zero stars if I could. We drove three hours to this dealership to sell our vehicle. We were offered a certain amount over the phone several days before coming down in person, and they honored that price with no attempts to haggle or undercut us. The sales staff was professional and helpful in person, and we initially felt confident about the transaction. However, the finance process has been an absolute nightmare. We were told we couldn't receive payment the same day but that a check would be overnighted to us and arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. By Thursday, nothing had arrived. When we called, we learned that the check had been sent by regular mail, not overnight as promised. Because we had another vehicle lined up to purchase, we couldn't wait for a regular-mailed check. The dealership said they would stop payment on the first check and overnight a new one. We received that check Friday, deposited it, and thought the issue was resolved -- until the following Tuesday, when our bank informed us the check was returned for stop payment. It turns out the dealership stopped payment on the wrong check. The original one (sent via regular mail) arrived the same day the replacement bounced. To add salt to the wound, the original check had a bright pink Post-it note on it stating "overnight check," but that was apparently ignored or forgotten. We owned the car outright, so the delay had nothing to do with any loans or liens -- this was entirely a dealership error. Now, because of their mistake, our bank has placed a 14-day hold on the check. By the time we finally have access to our funds, it will have been almost a full month without a family vehicle, even though the dealership has had our vehicle the entire time and has likely already sold it. We've made multiple calls to the finance department, and no one ever answers or returns messages. The sales team deserves credit for being professional, kind, and keeping the sales process hassle-free, but the finance department seriously needs to get their poop in a group. I absolutely would not recommend selling a vehicle to this dealership and will share our experience with anyone who will listen. The lack of communication, accountability, and organization in their finance department has caused serious financial and logistical stress for our family. read more

They have the worst cars I have ever purchased! They sold me an Audi that was traded in minutes before, and I am finding out that my car needs $12,000.00 in repairs. I purchased the warranty, but they are covering part of the cost of the repairs, and I am stuck with the rest! To make matters worse, my fiancé also purchased a car in our crappy 2 car deal and I just spent $3000.00 to fix her timing chain and replaced both turbos that went out not even 2,000 miles after I purchased her Explorer! They are the kings of making excuses and telling lies! They assume no responsibility and refused to help with the cost of replacing the spark plugs, something relatively inexpensive which were cracked! I also need to replace my brake sensors which they claimed they replaced! I've just replaced my fiance's breaks which leads me to believe that they DO NOT DO ANY INSPECTIONS prior to selling their cars! If anyone wants to join our law suit feel free to contact me!
