Too many issues to explain in review but bought a car from online, had it delivered and had numerous issues with it - one major one being that all its emissions were removed. Now trying to register it is a nightmare. Oil leak, tires oversized that they were rubbing wheel wells. I had to fix oil leak myself and put brand new tires as they wouldn't help me at all with it. I paid cash but took over 2 weeks to get any sort of receipt or title for it (was delivered by 2 very unprofessional people with no paperwork). Speaking up 3 different people about issues I was assured they'd speak to the general manager to see what he was willing yo do for me. No responses. read more

DO NOT BUY TRUCKS HERE!!!! RUSTED OUT AND UN SAFE!! I am a former employee and what they do is they buy them from Canada for dirt cheap and then rip you off with a rusted out truck, they undercoat their frames to hide the rust on ALL OF THEM I've seen rot on a few of their trucks... If you care about the safety of you and your loved ones and don't want to pay $100k or more for a truck you can easily get for 20k BECAUSE OF THE RUST I would recommend telling everyone you know in the market for a truck that this should be the last place they look. Nice guys but they should of been up front about the damages before I flew out from California. I was told with a detail it would be in showroom condition. Truck drove horrible, tires were new and the inners were completely worn within a couple thousand miles. Speedo was 5mph off, and severely rusted underneath. Front and rear bumpers were both cracked and dented. To top it off the exhaust was torn off the bracket and hanging off to the side like the truck had just been jumped and bottomed out. Now they are refusing to give me back my $1,000 deposit which is why I'm writing this review! read more

I made a deposit on a truck from out-of-state, and since I couldn't be there to look at the truck, arranged to have an independent shop to a prepurchase exam on the truck, which they were kind enough to facilitate and coordinate. On that particular vehicle, there ended up being a few items I didn't want to hassle with, so I decided to not buy the truck. Throughout the entire process, Greg and Corky were friendly, helpful, zero pressure, and completely reasonable. I feel like it's easy to have a 5-star experience when everything goes smoothly, but I think it really shows the quality of character of these guys that they were 100% professional when things didn't quite work out, and they're really holding to a gold standard of professionalism. I will start by saying Xavier was great, he listened, was helpful and understanding. The one-star rating is not because of him. The rest of the experience was horrible. Every bad story you've heard about dealing with used car lots was true here. My husband and I visited TR on a Wednesday night; we had seen a different truck online that we were interested in checking out. We were told by Xavier that that truck was in the shop being processed, but that there was a similar truck on the lot that we might want to check out. We decided to check it out, the price for the truck was posted in 5-inch-high numbers on the windshield of the truck, the price was in the range we were looking for at $24,495; it looked good so we decided to test drive it. We liked it enough to come back on Thursday and drive it over to our mechanic to have him look it over, an $80 expense that we thought worth it for a potential serious purchase. Xavier agreed that would be okay, but to give him a call before we came. The next morning we called him, and he had the vehicle ready for us. With our mechanics appraisal we decided to make an offer for the truck. He recommended we see if we could get them to take some money off due to some work that would have to be done on the truck. Xavier had mentioned a few times prior, of potential "wiggle room" on the price if we were interested in buying. When we got back, we told him we were interested in purchasing the truck, but that we had some concerns regarding potential problems and that we would like to explore that "wiggle room" he'd talked about earlier. He then encouraged us to buy 1 of their 3 warranty programs; we told him due to budget limitations we weren't interested at this time. Xavier went off to confer with his finance manager. When he came back not only was there no potential "wiggle room," but they wanted to charge us 1,500+ for the truck. When we asked why, they said it was because they had had to do some work on it when they got it, and that they weren't going to be making enough money on it. They said they had posted it online for $25,999. I started getting upset and said, the price posted on the truck in big numbers was $24,495, that price was on the truck last night, and again when you let us drive it off your lot to have it checked out with our mechanic for $80.00; and now after refusing your warranty programs, you're trying to jack the price up. After me getting quite upset the finance manager came back with 2 options, he had these printed out on paper. The options he basically laid out were, they would sell us the truck for the price posted on the truck IF we purchased their gold warranty which was an additional $3200+, or they would have to sell it for $25,999; otherwise, they weren't going to be making any money on the deal. WTH you ask, that's what I was saying. I told them what they were trying to do wasn't right! It smelled of a bait and switch scheme. My husband was ready to walk out the door, but I wasn't willing to let their dishonest dealing go. I kept saying this wasn't right, you let us believe one thing and now you're trying to do something different. After me accusing them of a bait and switch and that what they were trying to do wasn't right. They came back with another offer, they would sell it for the Price they had posted on the truck, or we could get it for that price with a discounted warranty program for 1,800.00+. We got the truck without the warranty, which we were advised later by our mechanic, they're more trouble than they're worth. When I tried to talk with the sales manager and the finance manager and let them know why I was going to give them a bad rating, they ended by saying, "what do you want?" They didn't have to sell us the truck, that they were losing money on it, and were going to get in trouble for selling it at that price. They had also told us a couple of times we were taking food out of their children's mouths. It was a horrible experience! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought our truck 3 yrs ago in Utah county and we live in Salt Lake City and were not told it was deleted. We were told to find some place to get in SLC to get it registered after they had already charged us to get it registered. We took it back to them when we tried to register it and they told us to register it in another county that doesn't require emissions. We have had to spend an additional $13,000 to get in legal. Also the same day we picked it up and drove it home the A/C stopped working and they didn't do anything for it. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. They will rip you off. read more

Bought a truck from them. Engine light came on on the drive home. Thought nothing of it. 3 months later the engine gave out and cost 4K to fix. Brought it back to them and they didn't do anything to help me. Meanwhile it ended up costing me 7K on another trade in to get a truck and me back to work. I was shopping out of state, and with the COVID-19 pandemic going on they were super helpful and made my experience a breeze. Although I was not able to see the truck in person Greg sent over videos of the truck showing all the minor interior blemishes.
