We bought the car and after a few weeks the check engine light came on and the car completely died. Turns out the car had no air filter and some debris got sucked into the engine. The repair was expensive and Drive refused to take any accountability in selling us a car they said was fully serviced but in reality had no air filter. I would not recommend buying from them.

We knew we wanted something reliable and we knew we wanted something that would last... we also knew that we hated the used car salesman shopping experience. Drive auto was really chill, really flexible and friendly as well. No pushy salesman tactics or techniques - just a very transparent shopping experience. Very little if any wiggle room on pricing which is probably the only downside, but overall it was a pain free buying experience. Would definitely recommend them as they have great reviews, are friendly, and don't try and force you into anything. They even have something called 'overnight test drive' which means you can take the car for 24 hours to see if you like the vehicle! That's probably one of the nicer aspects!

Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend Kellen at Shamrock Auto.

We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. I know they care about people - and will treat you fairly. This is the kind of business we should support, celebrate and invest in for our communities. Since both the Pleasant Grove and Murray BMW locations work together, I will leave this review under both. John has great personality, is attentive and professional. It is refreshing to see a sales associate who treats the customer like the requests they are making aren't crazy or sensational. John proves that simply being a newer associate doesn't place you behind in terms of the quality of the experience you can provide. Simply put, John is excellent and definitely cut out for the type of job where a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn are a must. Gabe in the finance department is also responsive and knowledgeable, which are two great qualities to have. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a quality sales experience. The entire team is great too!

The service person finally told me that everything was complete, but she was awaiting paperwork before I could pay and leave. Then the service person disappeared and I was eventually successful at getting another service person to help. At a little past 1:30, I was finally able to leave the dealership. To make matters worse, I was quoted $129 for the oil change, but the invoice added about $17 for "hazardous waste charges" (which has always included in the normal charge at other oil change places) and $4.43 for a "surcharge". I will never to back to this dealership for another oil change. There are too many other options that don't require a 2 1/2 hour wait and over $20 in mystery charges.

I drove directly from there to Ogden and they fixed it with no issues telling me "your wheels have nothing to do with the airbag system. I just brought it in because the interior camera and gps aren't working. In my experience, they do not hear you -- they lie to you, ignore you, hang up on you, and make you feel like your concerns do not matter. I have purchased more than 20 vehicles in my lifetime, and I have never been treated with so much disrespect by a dealership. I ordered a custom Ford Bronco with a custom top, and what should have been an exciting purchase turned into weeks of mistakes, poor communication, and broken trust. I was originally scheduled to sign for the vehicle at noon, but the custom top had not been installed yet, so we postponed signing. That was not a big deal. Mistakes and delays happen. Once the work was supposedly complete, I signed and picked up the Bronco. When I asked my salesman, Joel, how to open the automatic top I purchased, he said the people who knew about it were gone and that he would let me know the next day. I had asked Joel several times before this to make sure he ordered the correct top, and he repeatedly assured me he had. The next day came, and I heard nothing from Joel. Once I figured out that the wrong top had been installed and texted him, he finally responded and said he had no idea what happened and that they would order the correct one. I was then told that, for the inconvenience, they would not charge me for the install, but that I still owed $2,000 more for the correct top. I was upset, but I understand mistakes happen, so I complied. Two weeks later, I was scheduled for the new top installation. The day before the appointment, Joel texted me and said the company had sent the wrong one again. I said there was no way this happened a second time, and I did not believe a third party had just randomly sent the wrong top again. I asked for the invoice, and Joel sent me a quote instead, as if I would not know the difference. At that point, I asked to speak with his manager. Hours went by with no call. I called the dealership, and Joel answered and addressed me by name because they had caller ID. He promised the manager would call me. Three hours went by, and no one called. I called the dealership again and was hung up on. I called again and was hung up on again. This happened three times. I texted Joel, and he said the manager, Kellen, would call before he left. Kellen never called. I had given this dealership no reason to treat me so poorly or disrespectfully. I was simply trying to get the vehicle and custom top I ordered and paid for. That night, I called corporate. The next day, my finance guy called and said he was handling it now. He admitted Joel had ordered the wrong top again. I was told it was ordered and would be here when it got here. I then waited days trying to get a tracking number and had to keep begging for updates because I had surgery coming up and needed the top installed beforehand. The poor communication continued. The finance guy also started ignoring me when I told him my trade-in had still not been paid off and it was getting close to 30 days. This dealership took 35 days to pay off my trade-in loan, which almost caused me to have a 30-day late payment. The correct top was finally installed after my surgery, so my husband had to pick it up. No one showed him how to use it. No manager greeted him. No one apologized for the mistakes, the lies, the delays, or the way I had been treated. This entire experience ruined the excitement of buying a new vehicle. The salesman could not do his job correctly, ordered the wrong top twice, lied about what happened, and then I was ignored, hung up on, and ghosted by management. The overall attitude felt like, "Just deal with it." Ken Garff says, "We Hear You." Based on my experience, they do not hear you. They lie to you, ignore you, hang up on you, and make excuses. I will never buy another vehicle from Ken Garff Ford in American Fork, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice.
