I purchased my cyber truck here and the sales process was great. That's why I gave them 2 stars. Every other situation since the purchase has been an absolute nightmare. I've brought my truck in for issues 4-5 times since the purchase for issue that should be covered by warranty. My airbags weren't working and they said it's because I put aftermarket wheels with spacers on it. They refused to cover the work. I drove directly from there to Ogden and they fixed it with no issues telling me "your wheels have nothing to do with the airbag system. I just brought it in because the interior camera and gps aren't working. They want me to pay $1k for the fixes because I had a radar that broke both the camera and gps (i dont know how that works but it's why they refuse to pay) Once again I took it to Ogden and they warrantied it. Long story short... don't bring warranty issues here. They won't cover it read more

I agreed to reschedule and was promised a loaner for my appointment that I had to come back for 2 weeks later! Came back today. once again no loaner available. after I was promised by Orlando that there would be a loaner reserved for me. he also personally told me in writing he would take care of my x. my Car was originally at the SLC dealership to fix the problem of my car not shutting off or locking . They did not fix issue. So I thought I would try this servicw center. I have driven BMW, Mercedes, Ineos, Chevrolet, Hondas even crap Geo tracker and have never had service center this bad! This review is about the wonderful team in the Pleasant Grove Service Center, led by a marvelous Manager named Nathan D. First let me say that our Tessy had zero problems when we received her about a year ago. Our family thoroughly enjoys our vehicle and not having to pay for gas. Once the winter weather came upon us, a light went on regarding the tire pressure monitoring system. Since Island Girl was in shock with the cold weather, maybe Tessy was too LOL Through the Tesla App, it was easy enough to schedule an appointment. We also took a picture of the warning message about the tire pressure monitoring system and uploaded it to the service request. It was very easy to pick the date and time that we were available to bring Tessy in for service. Wouldn't you know it, the App let us know the estimate to fix the tire pressure monitoring system, was absolutely FREE! This Pleasant Grove Service Center is spacious and clean. Once we arrived for our appointment, the Service Center team greeted us warmly and it was so comforting at check in. We were able to have healthy conversation with employees that genuinely cared for us and our vehicle. The Service Representative explained to us that a small part needed to be replaced. We could either enjoy the comforts in their waiting area or they could offer us Uber credits to get wherever we needed to be. We accepted the Uber voucher and he was patient enough to verify that the Uber credit was available and we were able to schedule a ride. Maybe an hour went by when the Tesla App notified us that the service was complete and we could retrieve our vehicle. As easy as it was to get an Uber ride, we headed back to the Service Center. The degree of professionalism at the Pleasant Grove Service Center, surely matches the location name, so pleasant from check in to check out. Thank you again to the manager, Nathan D. and his incredible team for excellent customer service and keeping our vehicle safe. We appreciate your genuine care and pleasant conversation! Service department is a total joke! Completed repair prior to authorization, got upset with me asking questions about the bill because the repair had already been done prior to me approving it. Now I'm stuck paying for repairs I'm not even sure we're completed. And i didnt pick up my car the second it was done so they started charging storage fees. read more

The customer service at this location is AMAZING. On Monday wife and I went down cause she was interested in a model Y. We did a test drive after 10 minutes in the car she loved it. How it drove, how it handled, and how nice the interior was and how comfortable it was. Santiago helped us once we came back from the demo drive. He was amazing. We told him she was looking at a used one but informed us that buying used it would only have a 1 year warranty on it. He then stated to show us new inventory, we found one to her exact specifications. At first he said they were would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up cause they do deliveries from 4-6. After he found out that we were in park city, him and Erik there went above and beyond. They went to the offsite location grabbed the car and brought it over and had it cleaned up for us so we could take it home that same day. Which was amazing and saved us from having to head back the next day since we are an hour away from that location. read more

Excellent customer service department. we rented a Tesla from Budget and found after we drove off the lot that the tire pressure and charge were both low. we had no experience with EV's. we tried to get help from Budget but no luck. we stopped in at the PLG Utah service center and Kenny treated us like Tesla owners.
