Bottom line, I do not recommend. Despite a large selection and good prices, their vehicles are not serviced before sale as advertised. Pros Very good selection of vehicles Prices are good even for branded title Sales staff is friendly (Josh and Ryan) Process of sale was easy and quick I like my truck a lot Cons The "151 point inspection" is BS. My mechanic found brake, battery, air filter and tire balance issues that should have been caught prior to sale. GM (Chris) did not seem to care about my issues This is my 10th overall vehicle I've purchased for myself or my immediate family, and 9th used (although first with a branded title). I always get my used cars checked out by a mechanic right away and yes, I know mechanics make money by repairing cars which means they are always going to find something. So when I brought this truck to the mechanic I've used for quite awhile, I expected them to find some recommended maintenance actions, which they did. What I did not expect, were things that should have been caught by the Autosavvy mechanics prior to sale. From the Autosavvy website: "Every vehicle AutoSource buys was selected from the top 10% of the highest potential branded title vehicles our buyers could find. From there, our expert mechanics performed a 151-point inspection to ensure each model was in excellent condition and refurbished any component that wasn't." The 4 items my mechanic found that I would have expected to be covered under the above: 1. Dirty air filter 2. Tires not mounted/balanced properly resulting in noticeable shake at hwy speeds 3. (important) Battery failed health check; CCA at 70% rated 4. (most important) Rear brakes at 4mm and rotors rusted (EOL) The above items I would expect mechanics would check and correct during the 151 point inspection but they were not. When I brought these to the attention of Autosavvy, they told me they were "maintenance items" and then just stopped responding. I do NOT recommend using Autosavvy Lindon because they obviously do not really adhere to their own claims of refurbishing their vehicles so customers take a huge risk. To the Autosavvy owner, I really like the truck and it would be very easy for you to not only make me a happy customer, but maybe return if you put a little effort in. Chris and Ryan know how to get a hold of me so you should reach out.

We knew we wanted something reliable and we knew we wanted something that would last... we also knew that we hated the used car salesman shopping experience. Drive auto was really chill, really flexible and friendly as well. No pushy salesman tactics or techniques - just a very transparent shopping experience. Very little if any wiggle room on pricing which is probably the only downside, but overall it was a pain free buying experience. Would definitely recommend them as they have great reviews, are friendly, and don't try and force you into anything. They even have something called 'overnight test drive' which means you can take the car for 24 hours to see if you like the vehicle! That's probably one of the nicer aspects!

Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend Kellen at Shamrock Auto.

We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. First, they promised the truck would be ready for my pick up in 2 days. It took an additional 4 days for the work to be completed and I had to extend my stay in the area by 2 additional days. When I went to pick the truck up, the agreed repairs had not been made. however at this time my trade in truck was gone and I had to get back to the San Francisco Bay Area. The salesperson and dealership told me to have the repairs handled and submit the bill. After I left the dealership, I drove to SLC to purchase new tires and have the front end aligned. The tires hop mounted and balanced my tires but when it came to perform the alignment, the tire shop advised me the upper ball joints were worn out and needed to be replaced as an alignment was impossible. The owner of the tire shop showed and demonstrated the ball joints were severely worn out and needed replacement!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SAFETY INSPECTION THAT I WAS TOLD THAT TOOK PLACE ON THIS TRUCK???? I had no choice but to drive the 750 miles back to the SF Bay Area. Fortunately, I had purchased the extended warranty and the upper ball joints were replaced at Walnut Creek Dodge in Walnut Creek, CA. But this dealer charged me a $250 diagnostic fee that was out of my pocket!! Next, was the title issue. I had planned to register the truck in Oregon and requested they sent the title to the Oregon DMV, It took 10 weeks for the title to make it to the Oregon DMV, well beyond the 45 day limit of the temporary registration the Ken GARFF Ford dealership gave me. I phoned the Ken Garff Ford Dealership and asked them about myn worn ball joints and the service manager looked up my truck and told me they were diagnosed at the time of their safety inspection, however they did not feel the ball joint failure was urgent!! "Since when isn't and vehicle steering component not a safety hazard!!" After all these negative issues, breach of promise to complete repairs, failure to notify me of a serious suspension defect, and failure to send title to a different state in a reasonable amount of time, I contacted Ken Garff Corporate Office. I first emailed the corporate office about 5 weeks after my purchase and got no response. It took quite a bit of research to find a phone number to the corporate office, but I eventually did and made contact. I eventually spoke with one of whom I believed to be some sort of manager, named "Winston". It was about 6 weeks into my missing title by now and he assured me my title was sent to the Oregon DMV, however the Oregon DMV told me differently. If you have ever dealt with the Oregon DMV, you would know they are extremely efficient!! Winston assured me again that I would be reimbursed for my cost of repairs, but I never heard from him nor anyone from Garff Corporate. I provided receipts to GARFF corporate. Here it is, 16 months after my RAM purchase and no monies have been reimbursed for the dings and paint correction (estimated at $1000), nor have I been reimbursed for the $250 that was my diagnosis fee for the failed ball joints. I almost forgot to mention the spray on bed liner I paid an additional $500 for has seriously peeled so I had to buy a drop in bed liner!! I don't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from the GARFF Dealership network as they make promises they don't keep, sell vehicles with serious safety defects, and lose important DMV paperwork.
