Just wanted to take a moment to thank Firehouse Auto Sales, especially my new friend Flo, for helping me out in finding my dream car here in Texas. I moved from NY to Dallas in January to pursue my career as a PA in orthopedic trauma surgery and absolutely love it. When I recently found myself in some car trouble and was starting to look for another car, one of the surgeons recommended Flo and put me in contact with her. Since I have variable hours at the hospital, the concierge service they provide was so amazing. Flo and I spoke frequently and she got to know me, what I was looking for, and through just calls, FaceTimes and lots of pictures, she was able to find me a great deal on a car I've always wanted. While I was working, she even made sure to settle the license, registration, and full detailing and maintenance clearance. All I had to do was go for a test drive at the time she personally delivered the car to my apartment. My new best buddy Hank and I both are so happy with our new wheels and are having a lot of fun top-off drives together. I couldn't be more grateful with how well this all worked out and believe things happen and people come into your life for a reason. Thanks again Flo! read more

Firehouse Auto Sales is great! We had searched on the web for the vehicle we wanted and found several in the Utah County area. We checked out one a few miles away but didn't feel like it was the right one especially when we were told that we could only get the advertised price IF we financed through that particular dealership. We looked some more and found an upgraded model at Firehouse Auto Sales for the same price as the first vehicle we had looked at and Amber said that the price would not change whether we paid cash or if we found financing for it. What a relief! No bait and switch tactics here! We wanted to take it for a drive and it didn't start right up so Amber jumped it and said that if we decided that we liked it, she would put a new battery in it. No pressure sales at all. She was helpful and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier. The car is clean and runs great! They are fair, honest and straightforward with the buyer. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle and fair deal. read more

This was the best auto buying experience we have ever had. We drove an hour and a half with a lot of skepticism over the low price that was advertised. Not only was it accurate with no hidden surprises but approximately $5000-6000 lower than any comparable vehicle in the country. The car was immaculate and basically brand new for a lower than used price. We had a trade and were given a very fair amount for it as well. The owner as well as the staff were very friendly and not pushy at all. We never felt any pressure while there. As we looked around the lot, we noticed that they were only selling very nice looking used cars at very reasonable prices. We felt they really cared about getting the best vehicles for the best prices. They also went out of their way to stay late to finish the deal. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. We will definitely be repeat customers!! Thanks again!! The Stipanovich's read more

After considerable research and many internet inquiries to find a replacement for my wife's totaled 2013 Ford Taurus, which she loved, I found the perfect car at a great price in Springville, Utah. Firehouse Auto Sales had a beautiful, extremely low mile, 2015 Taurus Limited with most of the bells and whistles. Jeremy & I made a tentative deal by phone and text. I arrived from Auburn, Ca. and was picked up by Tami in the vehicle so that I could test drive and check it out. The car was exactly as described by Jeremy. The paperwork was quickly completed and I was on the road back to California very quickly. I made it home that same evening. My wife loves the car and it was an outstanding and pleasant buying experience. Firehouse Auto Sales demonstrated a very high degree of integrity and outstanding customer service. Thanks guys K.B. Looking for our daughter's first car, we weren't out to spend a lot of money because we aren't entirely sure if the car will survive our daughter. It was more stressful than buying a brand new car because with the money we were looking to spend, we were afraid of buying a car with a whole lot of hidden problems. We went to several dealers and got tired of the pressure to spend more than we wanted. When we went to Firehouse Auto, there was no pressure and we found a car within the budget we'd set. What I appreciated was that even though the car was an older model, it was obvious that they took the time to clean it up and check it out before trying to sell it. We purchased the car from Firehouse Auto and our daughter is happy and I'm not worried I bought a lemon. read more

We had a great car buying experience at Firehouse Auto Sales! After visiting several of the large dealerships, we vowed to never buy a car from a dealer again because of all the crazy tactics their salespeople used. When we saw the car we wanted at Firehouse, we jumped on the internet to see what the reviews said about this dealer. We were pleasantly surprised at the positive reviews, so we decided to give it a try. We drove for an hour and a half and when we got there, the process was smooth, easy, and without any hidden fees or dishonest tactics. I would highly recommend going here if you want to avoid a high-pressure experience! read more

My wife and I just just purchased a car from Firehouse Auto. They were so great to let us drive the car several times to make sure it was the one we wanted. The best thing about this was that they weren't pushy AT ALL. We decided we wanted the car and Firehouse Auto was so helpful in getting is approved for a loan. They did all the financing in house, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Needless to say, we got the car and the whole process was so easy and quick. I would highly recommend going to Firehouse Auto for your next car purchase. I know we'll be coming back! read more

I flew in from Billings Mt to Salt Lake and there was somebody at the airport waiting to pick me up with the vehicle I wanted to buy. I was very specific I didn't want a repaired vehicle or one that had any pdr (paintless dent repair) done due to hail. After I inspected the vehicle, I was back on the road back to billings in 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. My 2016 gmc Sierra is everything I had wanted, Thank you. read more

Firehouse never pushed me to buy my car from them. I bought a brand new Kia Optima from them for $2,000 less than any other dealership I could find, treated me with respect, and I just loved working with them. I even left the lot two times before I finally bought the car. They never hounded me but just wanted to help. I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

Great dealership. I found the car I wanted and test drove it. I then went to my bank I've banked with for over 10 years and they wouldn't finance this car for me. I went back to Firehouse Auto Sales and they helped me get financing through a local credit union. Great family place , no pressure at all. read more

Horrible communication with sales to finance. The people here are rude. Took them two days to figure out my paperwork. Worse place ever! I have great credit and never had an issue. The Manager seemed very annoyed that I was calling to figure out why there was an issue. read more

Absolute worse experience ever. I never write these reviews but the experience was awful. They promised to call me when the car was ready to go and I had to wait another two days for them to get the car. No calls or anything to keep me informed. read more
