Let me start off by saying I love my 2024 Bronco. The sale was the problem. My salesman boast the dealership offers all of these perks like the forever start program. What they didn't tell me is that they charge 500.00 for that 'benefit'. they have an anti-theft perk if I bought from them. what they didn't tell me is that was going to cost me 300.00. They also have this great windshield program that if my windshield breaks, they will replace it. That great program was a mere 1500.00 to cover a 5 year period. In my paperwork, I received the registration form for the windshield replacement program, but not the actual warranty. Here I am a year later checking into it, and had to call and argue with the finance guy to give me the warranty details. It turns out, it isn't an insurance, it is a product that they apply on the windshield. They choose to 'fix' the windshield and have pre approved glass providers I have to go to. I already have windshield coverage for my vehicles and they insisted that normal windshield coverage would not cover this expensive windshield. Not true. When I finally got the windshield warranty, there are so many exclusions it will be nearly impossible to collect. I admit, I should have read every bit of information before signing and required written explanation on every concern or question. That is clearly on me. However in the buying process, most people trust that the dealership is honest, laws protect the consumer, or 'I'll read everything when I get home because it takes so long". I no longer trust dealerships, and maybe never should have. They tell have truths, and omit information for the customer to make an informed decision. buyer beware. read more

Its unfortunate I cant leave a ZERO star. This was a simple oil change and fuel filter change, to set the My Key . First we were told my 2012 F-250 was to old to use the my key and program 2 users. This is totally incorrect. I pulled it up online and told the sales guy it isnt too old. After the oil change I was told the engine was bad and received a bad taken picture of oil with a lot of bubbles and it was blurry. I asked the guy if the Ford diesel 6.7 L are only expected to only last 120K miles. I know mechanics I just thought it would save me time. This shop has the most inexperienced mechanics. DO NOT GO HERE. I asked them for my old oil filter. They were shocked that I wanted it. I wanted to investigate what they told me about needing a new engine. I analyzed the oil filter after cutting it apart. I dint see any type of metal objects. So with an oil change, oil filter and fuel filter it all cost over 600 dollars. That is insane and ROBBERY. Pricing for 6.7L dodge (diesel) pricing was $114.00. My wife has a DODGE the pricing and the dealership is awesome to work with. She has always been able to trust them. It's unfortunate I will never buy a Ford again because this is the dealer that is close to me. After reading all reviews on the service department im surprised they haven't been sued. First off, I made my biggest mistake by buying a Ford, so I am an unhappy customer from the beginning. However, this does not change what happened at this dealership on 4/30/2025. My daughter's car was having problems with the battery dying so we took it to a mechanic and a basic battery test said it passed. I did research and saw that this car had issues with the computer that controls the electrical system draining batteries. We did have an unusual electrical issue on a previous occasion that was mentioned in what I was reading, so I thought it was possible this car may have a more serious problem. When the battery died again, it stranded my daughter in Spanish Fork not too far from the dealership. I called the mechanic and they said if the computer was the issue, I would need to go to the Ford dealership. I called the Tim Dahle Ford service department an employee said they would diagnose the issue for free, and if it was just the battery, it would be $287 to replace it. I knew the previous test at the mechanic was just a basic test, so I thought more in-depth tests would be needed since the computer was a possibility (and we were nearby). I jumped the battery and we were able to get to the dealership. A short time later I got a message with a quote. The service department said the battery tested bad and it would be $497 to replace it. They also recommended new brake fluid, changing the transmission fluid, and a coolant service for an additional $758. I declined all services and called the dealership. I asked how a $287 battery turned into a $497 battery, and the employee said the system adds a small service fee. This battery was already much more than what I would have paid elsewhere, and then adding adding more than $200 was a small fee? We drove to the dealership and I was angry. A different employee (Kevin) asked what was wrong and I explained the price discrepancy. I also told him what the other employee said about a small service fee. Kevin looked into it and said $497 was not the correct price. He said he would give me the correct price, which actually turned out to be $289. I was still angry and told him we were going elsewhere. Though it was close to their closing time, Kevin said he would give me 10% off and replace the battery right now. My daughter needed her car the following day at 6am, so I decided to have them replace it. Kevin got the work done in just a few minutes and gave me 10% off. Their price was still significantly more than what I would have paid at my preferred mechanic, but at least now my daughter could drive to work and I would not need to rearrange my schedule. Kevin appeared to want to look into the price discrepancy, but I messed that up on accident. When Kevin updated my price, it changed the price on the quote that was displayed through a link to their website. My phone still had the incorrect price until I refreshed the link. Kevin explained I would need to refresh the page showing my new quote, and then said to wait. I didn't catch "wait" until I had refreshed the page. Kevin was about to say to wait to refresh the page so he could get a screenshot of the $497 quote. I suspect their computer system may still have a record of the quotes, so he may still be able to look into it. My daughter asked if the dealership was trying to scam us out of extra money. I told her it was very possible, but I couldn't prove it. If other people have this same issue, it could show a pattern of behavior. If not, it could have just been an error. I don't plan on finding out since I will not be returning unless absolutely necessary. read more

I will never shop a Tim Dahle again.. purchased my first car through this dealership and after a little bit of driving, and overpaying for my vehicle, I have come to discover the dishonesty of those who work there and how much more concerned they were with getting the car off their lot by taking advantage of a new buyer like I was. Now I'm stuck with a lemon only 3 years later that could break down at any moment and I still owe more than double its value. I did everything I could to keep the vehicle in good condition but the salesman was just looking at a paycheck. Also, the vehicle had a crack in the windshield so part of the deal was that they would schedule a fix for it. The dealership was an hour from home and they wanted me to come all the way to them for safelite repair could switch out the windshield. I asked if I could just go to a local safelite facility and they said yes and that they would schedule the repair. After 2 months of periodic reminders to make the schedule and just getting "I'll schedule it today", I called safelite and the dealership to have them talk to each other to get the fix finally done. 3/12/2024 Date of purchase. I called ahead to Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork about the advertised 2023 Bronco/ Badlands package with 2.7 six cylinder engine. I drove down to see the advertised 'new" Bronco that I had called about. Carlos was the salesman. The advertised SUV I test drove was a dirty demo and had other peoples belongings in it, so I lost interested in it. Carlos then showed me another new 2023 Bronco/Badlands same color and told me they where identical except for leather seats. I asked why there was a price difference other then just the seats and I was told by the manager Jeremy and salesman the factory chances prices regularly, and no other reason. Had they been truthful and disclosed the different engine, I would not have bought the vehicle. I trusted what I was told by both the manager Jeremy and salesman Carlos. I then purchased 2023 Bronco Badlands based on what I was told by the manager and the salesman. But in reality, the Bronco had a smaller 2.3 (4 cylinder engine) that they did not disclose to me. I realize now why they removed the window sticker shortly after I looked at the vehicle. The finance manager that had me review & sign the documents also omitted to put number of engine cylinders asked on the form or on any of the contract documents. But they did include the number of doors for some reason. Why? It is now clear that I was unknowingly baited and switched to another 2023 vehicle with less desirable motor and they wanted off their lot. After purchasing the Bronco, I gently (for break-in) drove the car home and parked it. Two days later I when I drive it, and it broke down do to a turbo problem. I returned it to the dealership for repairs and that took them over a week before returning it. Some days later, when I finely had a chance to drive it again, I noticed the lack of expected power. I first assumed it was not broken in, I was wrong. I opened the hood then realized I did not have the engine that was told by the sales manager. I feel I was misled by both the sales team and the finance department. I would like a resolution to this matter but they are refusing my calls. Took our car in for a recall after receiving a letter from Ford. Letter said there may be a transmission issue. Service department said they needed to diagnose the vehicle to see if the recall part needed replacement. They wanted $222 to diagnose the vehicle. If the diagnosis showed it needed replacement then they'd fix it for free (if free means after paying $222 to diagnose). If it didn't need the part...we'll then nothing happens and we're just out $222. Same thing happened a year ago when I took my F250 in for a recall. They said the recall wasn't necessary, but did give me a list of things my F250 "diesel" needed totaling $1500. After telling them the truck was not a diesel it dropped to 900, including a $400 oil change that wasn't even close to due. Been there twice, not impressed either time. The Dealer Service Department determine that on a 2023 F350, both shocks were making noise, had to order the shocks in. when the F350 was brought in for the replacement under warranty and order parts, Qty:2 as needed. The tech then determined that only 1 shock was noisy once the parts came in. Now I have a worn shock on one side and a new shock on the other. It's up to my pocketbook to fix this now created unbalance shock condition on the F350. Called Ford Customer Service and Ford sided with the Dealer Service Department. I worked here as a lot tech for a little over two months, fair pay but an unorganized management structure, and a somewhat passive aggressive work environment. I say unorganized because they failed to include 67.75 hours of pay after I left the job. After calling accounting several times, and nagging the sales manager, Jake, for a solid month, I finally managed to get paid for 32.15 hours. Forget about the other 35 I guess, it's partially my fault, I'll admit. I was the one who okay'd logging my hours via text message, instead of demanding that they fix the technical issue which prevented me from logging my hours the legitimate and more official way via ADP like everyone else. Other than my own personal issues with them, I am not surprised in the least that 85% of their reviews have one star, followed by a slew of scary stories. They are a cocky, entitled, unprofessional and often inappropriate group of managers. That being said most of the actual salesman are nice and generally well meaning. But I have personally seen a few of them treated very unprofessionally by the upper level staff on more than one occasion. Don't come to this dealership, it is not unique in any positive sense. They do not care about you, they want to make as much money as they can and have no qualms about doing so in sneaky ways. read more

When you buy a car at Tim Dahle Ford, expect them to slap on an additional $1600 "up-and-running" fee at the very end. This is something "all of their vehicles are put through" to ensure you're leaving their lot with a "safe" vehicle... This is a fee that, according to my sales rep, Carlos, is added to every vehicle, but for some reason, they don't just include it in the sticker price? Weird! Anyway, I negotiate the fee to half of the $1600 initially suggested... I drive my car off the lot and notice a strange clunking sound in the left rear, almost like a bolt is loose. I take my car into a mechanic to have it looked at (because this car is used and came without a warranty from the dealership.) Apparently, part of Tim Dahle Ford's "up and running" service included a VERY shoddy brakes installation. Per the mechanic's notes: "Left rear caliper slide bolts missing." He would not let me drive my car from the shop until this was fixed, because I ran the risk of losing complete functionality of my brakes at ANY MOMENT. The mechanic attempted contacting Tim Dahle Ford for the parts needed to repair their hazardous installation, but they were unable to help. I then contacted my sales rep, Carlos, to give them the opportunity to make this extremely concerning and dangerous situation right by simply paying the $165 bill to repair their shop's VERY hazardous install that could have ultimately led to a horrible car accident, endangering myself and the general public, and a possible lawsuit against them if I or anyone else had sustained any injuries or worse, resulting from this hazardous brakes install. They decided to ignore me instead of attempting to make anything right. Who knows how many shoddy brake installations are leaving Tim Dahle Ford's shop. For the safety of yourself and others, I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. And I definitely don't recommend taking your car to their shop for repair.... read more

Had our brand new (less than a few months old) Bronco in the shop for over 3 months because of a faulty battery (known issue) and leaking oil pan due to a faulty gasket that they couldn't get the parts for ... for THREE MONTHS. Horrible communication, promises that it'll get fixed "soon," no compensation of ANY kind (no offer of a loaner car or refund), just empty apologies when pressed about getting our car back. I bought my car from Tim Dahle Ford 6 months ago. It had some repairs by their service department before I bought it, and I was reassured that everything had been fixed and it was in great condition. About a month after buying it, it started having problems again. I took it to another dealership closer to where I live, where I was told the car needed a whole new engine. I then brought it back to Time Dahle Ford to have them look at it. It was there for the next 3 MONTHS. For the first 2 weeks it was there, I heard no updates, even when I called to check in. When they finally started assessing it, the communication was still poor. We had to go back and forth, for another few weeks, including me taking time away from work to come in person and negotiate. I was originally told they would accept no responsibility for its problems, and quoted a price of a few more thousand dollars. They eventually reduced the price of the repair after I spoke with the dealership's owner. The main repair was done, and then it continued to have more problems, with the check engine light coming back on during the drive home multiple times. They did some more fixes, and the check engine light came back on. To this day, my car is still having problems. Eventually, the Tim Dahle dealership stopped returning my calls. The worst customer service I've ever experienced! They had my vehicle for 6 months for a repair that should have been warranty. The windshield leaked and shorted out the BCM. They did diagnostic and confirmed. I asked to have the windshield replaced and they never did it. During this time waiting for the BCM they unplugged the bad one. All the while not replacing the windshield. I hired a windshield repair company and did got it done myself! The BCM finally arrived and they told me they still couldn't repair my vehicle because the wire harness was now corroded. This problem now was all their fault, however they took no responsibility. I called frequently to get updates and no response. Messages phone calls didn't matter. The only time I received any communication was going to them in person, or having to get rude with the person who's answering the phone. Tim Dahle him self should be ashamed of this business! 0 communication, nobody does their job and completely disrespectful company. Finally after 5 months I got my insurance company involved. After they requested information and the service department would not respond, I again had to call constant and finally demanded answers from a manager. With in 3 weeks they had my part and got the vehicle running. I truly believe my truck would still be there WAITING for parts if my insurance didn't get involved. I picked up my truck and the assistant manager told how he hates dealing with insurance companies. Probably scared they were going to be held responsible. This was a very poor experience. All these guys care about is Making Money. I have a 2011 Ford F350 diesel Crew cab that would not start so I had towed to Tom Dahle Ford. They checked it out and gave me three possible diagnoses but suggested we start with the first one costing $650.00 but if the fuel pump came apart and sent metal shavings through the system then the entire fuel system would need to be replaced costing $18,000.00 Dollars. Yes $18,000.00 Dollars. I had my truck towed to Gillette Diesel in Bluffdale. These guys are all certified and Honest. They checked it out and found the fuel pump had come apart and sent metal shavings through the system. They said this was a common problem and Ford has a Kit for this. I, an elderly widow, was taken advantage of at this establishment. I went in with a trade in as well as a few thousand to put down on a used car. When it came time to close the deal I was asked if I wanted an extended warrant for $2,200+ (not sure of actual price). The finance person wrote up the contract and went over it again with me. There it was, with a check mark saying I wanted the extended warranty. I told him I didn't want it. He said don't worry "it's FREE". I signed it thinking how strange that was. A few months later I was checking my balance on my car and the amount surprised me as I probably put $5000 total down. They told me not to forget the $2,200 + for my extended warranty. WHAT????? The auto loan, Wells Fargo, tried to remedy this but couldn't. I was finally able to go in and "raise hell". They gave me some forms to fill out and send to the warranty place. Buyer beware (at least for the used cars). Have had an ABSOLUTE nightmare of an experience with this dealership. They are full of a lot of talk, but no delivery, and then they ghost you! We purchased a used Yukon XL from them. During the sales process, we were told their inspection service was top notch and rest assured the vehicle was in great condition. Also during the process, I had several work emergencies and family emergencies (seriously atypical emergencies) and so the process was longer than expected as it was challenging to get to the dealership and to deal with all the follow ups. At one point, I received a call from Carlos and was unable to answer. Unbeknownst to him, he failed to hang up and the voice message picked up his conversation for 3 minutes. He was speaking with a co-worker and was speaking so ill of me and essentially how ridiculous I was. Absolutely no understanding of my/our situation. Regrettably, we still moved forward with the purchase of the vehicle after we thought we completed sufficient due diligence. When we completed the sale, on the way out the door I spoke with Jory about the voice recording and how poor taste it was. I sent him the recording as well and nothing was ever followed up with me on it. Fast forward to a week later, we take the Yukon to get the alignment done. They could not even do an alignment because of so many issues with the suspension (to the tune of $1100-1200). I called our salesman Jeremy and he said he would get on it and see what could be done. For several weeks I just got the run around, with never a follow up. I had to continue to call/text. I also reached back out to Jory as the used car manager and thought I might get somewhere with him. Same experience, same run around and empty promises of follow up. Eventually both Jeremy and Jory stopped responding at all. Such a disappointing end to the experience. NO service after the sale. No integrity related to the condition of the vehicle. And ZERO follow up, even after promising it. Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and will make my experience with them known. To cap off a great experience already, we learned soon after the suspension issues that the motor mount is bad! Here's to another $300-400 repair. I never got a call about it taking a little longer, and I when I reached out several times they "couldn't get ahold of anyone". We just bought a car here and honestly wouldn't have and wished we wouldn't. However my mom drove us up about 5 hours to look at a car only to find out that they added about $4000 in fees and services we didn't want and didn't ask for. Plus, they said they added two features that would decrease our insurance (it didn't) and they actually didn't even put them in anyways when. We tested it. They also did not clean the car, at all! They said they inspected the car but don't believe it because of how many things are funky and how little they touched the car. They told us they cleaned it but we just had it detailed and it's a totally different car inside. They never tried to clean it. So sad about this experience. The "required" VTR service they charge $300 for is window etching that (a) takes two minutes to do and (b) does not work. The "required" Brake Plus module they charge $300 for is a $25 part and is illegal in many states. The "required" DrivePur cleaning they charge $300 for costs $150 at retail. They'll try and slip service plans, maintenance plans and gap insurance ($3-4k total) on your workup without you noticing. They list at low prices and then "require" thousands worth of high margin upgrades. How does this kind of dishonesty exist in 2020? STAY AWAY--BUYER BEWARE. read more

I live out of state observed this 2020 Infiniti Q50 at a good price. Called the dealership and advised I was very much interested in purchasing. I advised I was going to use my own financing and that I was going to put down large amount as a down payment to minimize my monthly payments per month. I also had a great interest rate from my own credit union. Come to find out the vehicle they posted on car fax is not the actual price. The dealer I talked to stated the only way you get this price is by utilizing the dealership financing company. Are you kidding me! False advertising do not sit down and sign any paper work before attempting to purchase a vehicle from this business. The dealer consistently continued to advise me to purchase this vehicle at this price with their lender and in 6 months I could refinance with who I choose. You have got be kidding me! When I test drove it I noticed the check engine light was on. I purchased the vehicle with the stipulation that they would fix the light at no charge to me. This did not even have to be written down.. they just kept their word. The fix would have cost me $700. Then a week later the check engine light came on again. That was a much less costly fix but they took care of that too. Never been treated so well at a dealership. Usually you buy a car and you go back to buy another and the salesman is long gone. These people are snakes, even after new management. I worked here several years ago for a year and watched them rip people off time and time again with a Spot Delivery Scam. Spot deliveries allow consumers to purchase a vehicle the same day and drive off in a new or used car. Someone may be strolling through a car lot just to look and then be enticed to purchase the vehicle on the spot. However, this process can leave buyers with less favorable credit in a vulnerable position. A spot delivery involves the dealership beginning the loan application and allowing the customer to drive off in the vehicle before financing is completed. This is especially common when the sale occurs after banking hours when the loan application could be reviewed and approved by a reputable bank or finance company. Once the application is actually reviewed, the bank may approve or decline the application. If the application is denied, the buyer may be asked to return to the dealership so that a new loan application can be submitted which may return less favorable credit terms. The spot delivery scam takes shape when the dealer knows that the buyer will not be approved at the rates that he or she cited and then later contacts the buyer and asks for a cosigner, a higher monthly payment, a higher sales price or a higher interest rate. Just this last weekend, my friend went to purchase a 2008 Mazda 6 from them and was subjected to this scam. KEVIN YOUNG has been running this scam at least since I've worked there, and evidently still continues to seek to rip off naive buyers, especially young ones who probably don't have built credit. Staff was friendly. Really great experience with Lori, saleswoman. Everything went badly once I went to the finance office though. I got fee'd to death. $300 for some antibacterial and anti covid spray, $300 for a preinstalled blinking brake light, $800 for a pre inspection and "filling the car with fluids", the list goes on. $2,000 of bogus fees. Finance guy, Brandon, says they are "non negotiable". He told me that the car came with no fluids and that I had to pay to have them put in the car. Does Ford not test vehicles anymore after they come off the assembly line prior to shipping to dealers? I can't imagine they don't but that's what I was told. I asked why a brand new vehicle would need an inspection but wasn't given an answer. They had the only car my daughter really wanted but if the car was for me, I would have walked and waited to purchase elsewhere. Really frustrating experience overall. We bought a F-150 from Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork in Sep. 2020. They were very deceptive by adding services we did not want. Example CNA Pref. Tire Care for $765.00. We unwittingly signed for and the so called Drive PUR Protection we were told we were getting but they failed to mention it cost 799.00 to have your vehicle sprayed every 6 months for 2 years. Also the key replacement program they act like comes free is $499.00. They don't mention a price. We ended up with $1,447.00 after market cost that we unknowingly signed for. If I could give this location any less stars, I would. Every time I interact with them, they fuck me over. I have never had a pleasant experience and have always been manipulated and used. Trevor is the worst technician you could possibly get, please avoid at all costs. They are completely uncommunicative and didn't start my repair for a day and a half, and waited to call me to get my approval before even starting. I will never waste my time, money, respect on this place ever again. And then they double charged me for a price agreed upon before service began. read more

We love this dealership! In fact, we come down from up North just because of their excellent customer service and fair pricing. Kenny is amazing and truly a customer advocate. We didn't have to play games and were treated very fairly. They didn't pressure us and financing was painless. The finance guy was great! He explained everything clearly and openly showed us all our options, discussing the pros and cons. In October we purchased a Flex and we're so happy with our experience that in January we went back to buy a Fusion. When we came back they remembered us and streamlined the paperwork because we've already been customers. They feel like family and we would definitely recommend them. read more

I would give them ZERO stars but that's not an option. We called ahead to see if the car we were interrested in was still available because we live 30 minutes away. We were assured it was available and were told to ask for the salesman by name. We get there 40 minutes later and he told us that the car left the lot 40 minutes ago on an "extended test drive." This was the worst experience we've ever had with a car dealership. We came ready to purchase, loan ready. We were manipulated by the sales team, lied to and kept waiting after selecting our vehicle and asking for a purchase order to be sent to our lender. When we walked back to the finance department to see what was taking so long, we were told they'd chosen to sell the vehicle to someone that selected "their financing and extended warranty" options which was much better for the sales team. It's unfortunate that Tim Dahle Ford isn't honest, up front and caring for their customers. No doubt we were manipulated, as the other customer was, during this process.
