They are the best! Michael and his team were great to work with, and the van we rented made this the best vacation ever!! We will be back!

We came a long way to find this level of service. After calling numerous shops, sometimes going there, none would even want to diagnose our issue. Our back door actuator was broken, back door closed, impossible to replace without sawing the damn thing, on a 2008 dodge sprinter. Then we met Joe, who instantly assessed the problem, gave us a time slot, the same day for a tech to look deeper into the problem, got a diagnostics in matter of hours. The same day parts were ordered and an appointment scheduled to actually fix the problem. We showed up after the parts were received, unfortunately the tech responsible of our case was off - it happens - even if we would have liked to be warned in advance, it happens. So we came back the next day, and the van was taken care of immediately. 2 hours later the problem was gone. Price is fair and without any surprise. The waiting room is impeccable, fastest WiFi I have ever seen. What else would you need exactly?

    2004 Dodge Sprinter Van

I am from the Santa Clarita Valley, Ca. Two weeks ago my 2004 Dodge Sprinter van lost power on I-15 north of Salt Lake City, Ut. on a Sunday. At the recommendation of a Truck Diesel Repair, who could not work on my van, they recommended Warner Vans. Two weeks later they have not evaluated the van saying there's three vehicles ahead of me. They told me last week there was 4 vehicles ahead. How slow can they be. Not happy. I have potential Utah buyers for the van which has a lot of miles. One buyer told me taking my van to Warner is a major mistake. He said he had problems with Warner. I do not recommend Warner Vans for any service repair.

Body penetrations around the rear wheel wells with too long of self drilling & tapping screws.

Can you do a negative star rating? I will state up front I know nothing of their service work. I only had the misfortune of purchasing & upfitting my 2017 3500. The only reason why I am writing this so far after the fact is that these guys just sent me a happy 3 year anniversary email! They are so blind & stupid that they should have purged all of my data after the battles we went through... I live in California and I sought them out for the only reason is I did not want a badged Mercedes Sprinter I wanted a Freightliner. Silly I know... That they could do the upfit with the Ranger interior products was a plus. I was upfront about what I wanted & expected in the upfit to the point of obnoxiousness. They assured that they do all kinds of upfits and doing what I wanted for a work truck would be no problem! The first "clue" was their lack of getting back to us in a timely manner and it took a sledgehammer several times during the ordering process to get answers. I should have pulled the plug... Then there was all the back & forth with the upfit. They could not do the designed and approved upfit due to some clearance issues. This cost us more money and added more delays. It was not what I wanted or envisioned but eventually I lowered my standards and just said yes get it done. My thought it is a work truck not a piece of art. I regretted compromising as the van is a reflection of me, my work & my company. Wifey & I fly to pick up the van. The upfit looked ok. The back up camera was not installed. A bit of back & forth ensued about that until they found the paperwork and it was supposed to be installed but if was left off the upfit quote. $ more money and we have to wait. They did loan us a van so we could have lunch & come back. We sign the paperwork and think we are about to leave as we have a wedding in Los Angeles to attend. They said we owed $7,000.00 and we have to pay before we leave! I should have filled the van full of gas set it on fire and driven it into the middle of their building and walked home. There was a lot of back & forth. We were sure we paid the said money, but we are now far away from home and our records. They were insistent that we had not paid the money and it had to be paid for before we could leave with the van! So we ponied up the money and left. They had to refund the money later! The van is fine and is a pleasure to drive. We had a nice drive to LA and made some stop and saw some sights and got to ours sons wedding on time. We drove the van home and just parked it for several weeks as I was too busy at work to start thinking about getting all of my tools & equipment out of my 04 Sprinter. I then started looking at the upfit in detail and I was aghast. I could write a book about what I found but here are the top 4 items: 1, There was no trim cap nor drivers side seat bolt. I had driven all that way home with no seat belt bolt. They had removed the seat doing electrical work under the seat and failed to reinstall it. When I brought it up they said I could return the van (to Utah) or they would send me the bolt & cap. An apology would have ben nice! 2, There were loose wires under the drivers seat where they had wired in the inverter and other items I wanted. This could have caused a fire whilst we were driving home or in the future or damage to sensitive electronic components as the wires started arcing. 3, Remember I was obnoxious about what I wanted upfront? I told them NO holes are to be drilled through the body or the floor unless they were done in a way I went through great detail explaining exactly how his was to be done. Why am I being such a nit picking a-hole you might be wondering? German cars are prone to rust issues. I f-ng hate rust on my cars and do what I can so it does not happen. I was crawling under the van and saw about 25 body penetrations. Some were from self tapping/drilling where the screws were too long and the screw tips penetrated the floor. Others were just holes drilled straight through with no rust prevention issues taken. 4, I am in the locksmith business and I deal with lots of small parts. Lots of parts end up on the floor rolling around. The parts get into the far corners of the van and under the floor and cabinets. To prevent this on my 04, I used Sika Flex and caulked around the entire floor where it meets the body and around the cabinets. This was also specifically pointed out in my initial communication to them. They instead glued all the cabinets to the floor rather than just caulking around them after they were installed. I do not know how long the van sat unused before I really started tearing into it. I think it was a year or more. The more I looked at the upfit the worse it got. I ended up removing over 90% of the upfit. Some of the cabinets literally had to be sawed off the floor with thin piano wire. Can't finish the review. Doug dougatbaycitieslockdotcom

Got my van in and out of the shop quick, appreciate it. I learned my lesson to only take it to a specialized Sprinter shop.

Eddy was trying to sell us a 2014 Subaru Outback with 14,000 miles on it at what seemed to be a good deal for a non-salvage title car. He explained the damage that had been done to the car and let us take it for a test drive. After running a Carfax vehicle report the title actually was salvaged and the car deemed a total loss in Colorado by an insurance company. He buys his cars salvaged and fixes them up and sells them and was very rude to work with. The more I look back I am glad I didnt do business with Eddy because he was lying to me the entire time which would've affected the value of the car. I don't recommend any business with him and would not recommend him to my enemies.

Although the price was listed at 8250, the out the door price had fees tacked on that other places simply dont have. The salesman was just difficult to work with after we started asking if they were firm on the price and many times would say something along the lines of, I'm just not going to explain this to you.. Overall he was pretty rude and when the other man there with him chimed in he told us to make a decision because an appointment from St George was coming "probably with money". Which at that point I felt like even with a competitive deal for a car I would rather not do business with them. Yeah everyone needs to make their cut off of a deal but even with a killer deal I would avoid Aleco.

Carfax said it had been in 4 accidents and all previous users reported serious issues with the car. The night I test drove it I was asked to fill out some forms to buy it immediately but I wouldn't do it without the title in hand. So they let me put money down to hold the car. I proceeded to and they marked the listing as pending. I asked several times to have something in writing, signed, on letterhead but they seemed really confused at this request and only wrote me a receipt so I gave up on asking. I checked in for a few days to see if they got the title. Then I noticed they had multiple listings up from different users. And only the one I was looking at was marked pending. Could mean a lot of things idk. About 3 days after putting down a deposit they notified me the car had rod knock and they would return my deposit, which they did & I'm grateful for that. So it was a good experience for me, but also a close call considering I could have lost $7,200 on a car with undisclosed rod knock.

I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.
