I think the plan I purchased was affordable and gave me a definite sense of security. Not only was he friendly and patient he gave me back my ability to sleep. After "the incident" my insomnia kicked into overdrive. Dario was the installer. He was very nice and helpful too. And he likes the same NFL team!!! I haven't had to call for customer service so I don't know what the negativity is all about. The 2 guys I dealt with were great. And auto pay available which is great. The national companies didn't care, they would only install wireless units. During the install, one of the technicians called the owner to get guidance on what do do with a sensor. I was in the other room, but the call was on speaker phone and I clearly heard the owner state "If it was my house, I would do it this way... so do it that way" (which was more difficult for the installer, but I agree - it was the right way). That example should tell you all you need to know about this company... But there is more.. The crew that did the install put in extra time to get the job done in one day, then the supervisor came back and double checked everything personally. You cannot go wrong with this company!

Left multiple BBB reviews with ADT directly before they finally intervened and refunded me only 3 months of the almost year I paid for a system that was never installed.

VIVINT continued to withdraw from my account for the next 2 months (July & August 2026) I had called them in July to cancel it, then again in August to cancel it again, and lastly in 9/2/26 to ask for refund. Supervisor says they needed a VERBAL or written cancelation. As I mentioned above I called in June 26, 2026, another time in July & in August and spoke with a Vivint specialist (VERBALLY NOT IN SIGN LANGUAGE) to cancel my service. Bad communication between departments and bad business model/ethics. I highly discourage this alarm company. LOOK FOR ANOTHER ALARM COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR HOME.
