Dropped off two desk locks. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. Never happened. 3 weeks later, they said still working on it. At 5 weeks they couldn't find my locks I dropped off. They said they would look for them and call me back. At week 8 no one remembered me and I had to explain the story all over again. Our historic designated home, built in 1927, has a door handle, lock combination that broke in the locked position and I was told by 2 other locksmiths that it was no longer made so we might have to replace the door to have the more modern type installed. Dalton came out, assessed the situation, and repaired the entire system but securing aging placement and using a dowel piece, made all the screws stable. My daughter called them because she locked her keys in her running car. She was literally 3 blocks away from them and they wanted to charge her $75!! Outrageous! She asked for a break in price, they refused. I promptly called Haidlen Ford and a nice man was there in 5 minutes and it only cost her $35 to get her in her car.
