James came to our rescue when we locked our keys in our trunk. Even though we had roadside assistance through State Farm, they told us that there wasn't any in Stockton that could help us and they would have to go out of network. The rep said it "could be a couple of hours". I called up another auto locksmith but told me to cal the Lock Doctors since we were out of the way. James was reroute to another customer and came to our rescue in an hour. It took no longer than five minutes and $60 to get us back on the road and onwards with our road trip.
