Wow, a company that actually responds and shows up when they say they will!!! What a concept! Glad the first "locksmith" never bothered to follow up or even respond. These guys were prompt and fast and reasonably priced. Even checked out my other door lock, just because. Hard to find someone to fix my commercial door, but these guys fixed it really quick. Need a locksmith, call this company! Great experience! read more

James came to our rescue when we locked our keys in our trunk. Even though we had roadside assistance through State Farm, they told us that there wasn't any in Stockton that could help us and they would have to go out of network. The rep said it "could be a couple of hours". I called up another auto locksmith but told me to cal the Lock Doctors since we were out of the way. James was reroute to another customer and came to our rescue in an hour. It took no longer than five minutes and $60 to get us back on the road and onwards with our road trip. Well worth it in comparison to waiting a couple of hours for State Farm to figure it out. read more

Unprofessional and unreliable. Made an appt a week out. On the day of my appt; no call, no show. I called the owner and he said he be there later in the day. No call, no show. He contacted me later in the evening and reassured me he'd come the next day. No show. 3 no shows If the can't trust them honoring a simple appointment, what makes you think you can trust the quality of their work. ?? If the owner runs a no call/no show business, then that tells a lot about the structure of this business. read more
