I was a tiny bit apprehensive because although they had a 5 star rating there were only 3 reviews...I later learned this company was 1 of 3 affiliated companies that were out of Tracy so there were many more reviews for his Tracy company. Long story short, I decided to use The Human Key Locksmith because of the 5 star reviews. About the service...they responded so quickly. They claim 20 minute response time and it was less so they do what they claim on Yelp. James was the technician who showed up at the time he said. He did his job and helped me with my garage door code as I needed that done too, for my protection. He was so kind because he offered to do that knowing I needed that done as well.
