**Fast, Affordable, and Truly Above & Beyond!** I had an amazing experience with **The Human Key Locksmith**! My key was worn down and no longer working properly with my 2009 Honda Fit. Michael came out quickly, was incredibly professional, and rekeyed everything on the spot **fast and affordable** service without any hassle. What really impressed me was how polite and helpful he was. After taking care of the rekeying, **he even helped me jump my car** when it wouldn't start! That kind of customer service is rare these days. If you're looking for a locksmith who's skilled, kind, and goes the extra mile **The Human Key** is the one to call. Highly recommend! read more

Needed a re-key for front door lock, which never worked properly. I called and Mike came over at the scheduled time and not only replaced the cylinder, but ensured the lock was oiled and all screws were tighten. He also made extra keys for family, which helped out a lot and avoided a key duplication trip. He was very professional and on time. Would recommend his services and will use in the future. But want to acknowledge his wife who took the call and made sure I was scheduled a same day appointment. She gave me a price quote, which was honored and very friendly, warm and professional as well. Yes, behind every good successful man is a warm, knowledgeable wife. Thanks read more

Responded right away even though it was late at night, and came within 30 minutes, in and out quick!

I called to have my doors rekeyed...found several locksmiths and got quotes. The Human Key gave me the best quote. I was a tiny bit apprehensive because although they had a 5 star rating there were only 3 reviews...I later learned this company was 1 of 3 affiliated companies that were out of Tracy so there were many more reviews for his Tracy company. Long story short, I decided to use The Human Key Locksmith because of the 5 star reviews. About the service...they responded so quickly. They claim 20 minute response time and it was less so they do what they claim on Yelp. James was the technician who showed up at the time he said. He did his job and helped me with my garage door code as I needed that done too, for my protection. He was so kind because he offered to do that knowing I needed that done as well. He was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company. They were very reliable, prompt, and very reasonable. James is so kind and very passionate about his job. I will refer The Human Key Locksmith. read more
