She was very stiff and not the best person to have as your first line of contact. If it wasn't for her, he would have got a 5 star rating. Edit: i tried to contact Chris for an emergency need to have locks rekeyed. His wife answered and told me that his day was full and he couldn't handle any more work. I asked her if she knew the definition of emergency. That means I can't wait until tomorrow. I asked her to call him and she refused. She told me I should call the next day to see if he had time to help me. I was really shocked. We had a Kwikset door lever handle freeze on a garage door and could not open it. Chris first advised me to try a quick fix to see if I could replace myself, while also providing a quote for a service call, labor, and replacement cost. I was unable to fix myself and had him come out. He quickly fixed, offered two options for replacement (with different costs), and rekeyed the lock.
