ZERO RATING : The employees at this business are crooks/ burglars. I called them to make a new key…read morefob for my vehicle. One employee came to my home. Knocked on my door. I came out to explain what I needed. He got to working on making my key fob. He then knocked on my door 10 minute after he arrived and said he left a tool at the shop and needed to go and get it. He came back 30 minutes later with "another employee" I learned later that while one employee worked on making my car key fob, the other employee worked on copying my garage door remote control signal. For those that don't know what this means : Each garage door system has a secret signal that is programmed into your garage remote control that allows you to use your garage remote control to open your garage door. These employees brought back the tool that is used to steal a garage door remote control signal. This will allow them to open your garage door whenever they want to especially when you are not at home. These two employees shown in the video broke into my garage and shoved a little tiny piece of metal into my garage door entrance keyhole. They also shoved the same piece of tiny metal into my front door keyhole. What this did was set up a break in : Let me explain. The next day I came out of my garage door entrance into the garage, I turned to lock my garage door entrance to my home and could not lock it because there was a tiny object purposely shoved into the keyhole. This also set it up for me to not be able to step outside of my front door and turn to lock it Because there was also a tiny object purposely shoved inside the keyhole. Since they copied my garage door signal this allowed them to open my garage door to come into my garage Why ? Because they knew that i could not lock my garage door entrance allowing them to come inside my garage door entrance to burglarize my home. Two days later i got a call from my home alarm company that my garage door entrance had been opened. Full police report was made with Lathrop police department. I went to American key tech to speak with manager about what there employees had a done and manager defended there actions and seem to be apart of their actions telling me it's not true even after i showed him the video of them copying my garage door signal that my camera caught them performing. In the video see them using the signal capturing tool to capture the signal of my garage door system. See the employees body language of guilt. watch approaching employee nervous turn around when seeing co worker illegally stealing remote signal. see employee dip down below my car door avoiding being seen by my camera of their actions.
