I was locked out of my car, and gave these guys a call. I explained that the car battery was dead, so the wireless remote wouldn't work. The key FOB did not contain the actual door key (I left that at home), so I was stuck! I had my kids with me, and said that it was an emergency. Someone from Master Locksmith called me back in about 5 minutes, and got my location information. A technician came out about 20 minutes later, and started to work. Honestly, I was doubtful (I'm sort of a pessimist) that they'd be able to get into the car, however, they were able to get in very quickly. Aside from actually getting me back into my car, they were able to give me a jump start so I could get back on the road. I cannot thank them enough! Amazing! The only word I can describe for this wonderful company that was there for me in my time of need! I have been having a HORRIBLE few weeks. Bad luck after bad luck and tonight was the icing. I needed a spare proximity key programmed for my 2016 Toyota Sienna. Went to a spot and called another spot, (not gonna name them, but there are only a few other locksmiths in the Stockton area, go figure) and they both told me to go to the DEALER to get my extra key programmed. DEALER is last resort because you'll need to give up your arm, leg, and liver for any service, everybody knows that..... so make em your last last last and final resort... This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business I had to write a review -which I never EVER do. I called last night at 7pm and was told I would hear back from a technician, I tried again every 45 minutes because I didn't hear back at all, by around 10pm my calls wouldn't go through anymore. The BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!! I tried calling on my boyfriends phone again and it went right through. And nicely asked again if they'd heard from the technician and they reassured me and told me again that they would figure it out and call me right back. That never happened. I stayed up all night waiting to hear back and never did, just to get my number blocked by them? I was already down I.
