worst service ever me and my friend were both girls have used this man to reprogram our cars to make us a new keys. The key works. The car cranks, but the problem is is that the transponder doesn't read the key so the car won't start up on mine or my homegirl's car. We've called him several times to come out and redo it because we paid him almost $500 to make us a key and program the car and yet he's telling me that he doesn't feel like coming out here he doesn't have time unless night now I'm sorry, but unless in the middle of the night or had some reason to be up in I sleep at night and I have a child to take care so therefore that's not gonna work for me if you could come during business that would be great, but because he simply doesn't feel like doing it he told me sorry too bad and called me. Basically called me stupid because he said I don't know anything about The Key reprogramming keys. I know that every fucking YouTube site I've been on tells me it's a transponder and that's exactly what the fuck the problem is. It's a trans responder so it's really nice to know. A person called me from The Key Guy and was very rude and unprofessional as I told him I was looking for an estimate. Prices were way too high, I have a 2004 Lexus rx330 and I needed to buy a new key fob and has it cut but he was asking for $300 and wouldn't accept a separate key fob I could buy else where. Luckily I did some research and bought the key fob that was uncut on amazon for $30 bucks and I found a place that will program and cut the key for me, $20 to cut and $50 to program the fob in a different city not too far from Stockton which is a 30min drive. So if anyone wants that information just friend me or add me and I'll let you know. I don't recommend this place based on this experience. Never use a locksmith until you've contacted the dealership first. I contacted 3 locksmith's and they all wanted around $150 to make me a key after I lost all my keys. So I asked them to sell me a blank key and I'd have my friend cut it; they refuse to sell me the key. So I call the dealership and not only do they sell me the blank key for only $13.00 but they also cut it for free!!! The other thing you want to consider is your car insurance company. I have the minimum insurance and they offered to have my key cut for free but I did have to pay for the key. Of course the rip off locksmith tried to say my key was $144!! So I said no way and went and got everything done for $13 read more

Terrible experience with Roman. Very disappointed with the service he provided. I spent $121.00 on re-keying 3 dead bolts in my house. He neglected to tell me that he provided only 2 keys with the service. If he would have told me this during our phone conversation I would have found some else to do the work.
