Although I appreciate Gold Star for helping replace my 2 FOB's, in reviewing the overall experience I'd rate them from a 3 to 3 1/2. Here are my reasons: PRO's * They were about $400 less then the dealership, which was huge plus. * They cleared all the previous FOB's from the computer and the new one's seem to work well. CON's * Slow Delivery - After paying a $250+ desposit for the FOB's they stated 5-7 business days for the order to come in. In reality it was closer to about 16 business days. * Poor communication - We called and texted multiple times to ask when the new FOB/keys would come in with a very slow response. Additionally when it came time to bring the car in for service, we tried numerous times to coordinate a time which took about 2 days. * Craftsmanship - Neither of the 2 keys that were cut by them worked on the door lock's. Since we live 20+ miles away a second trip to cut the keys again, is a significant hassle. Fortunately for us we were able to use the older keys from the original FOB's. Since all's well that end's well, I bump them up to a 3.5 rating.

They charged him 225 and didn't give him the key fob. When calling the locksmith back they acted like it was his fault that he was charged $225 for just the key and didn't get the key fob. Then they refused to do the key fob and told them that they bring him his refund of $65 in the next few days. When they return to give him the $65 they didn't apologize for overcharging him. Which a good business would have done. They're not a good business do not do business with these people.

Not Service Pro - they called multiple times to let us know the arrival time, showed up early, were not intimidated by the job, even went to the store to buy more lock sets to coordinate with the current ones. They didn't change locks that didn't need to be, so saved us money. When the whole job was finished, we went from 6 different keys (for an elderly person to keep track of!) to ONE key for a totally reasonable prixe.
