He wants to charge me the same if I bring my Key versus buying a key from him, he just lost a huge customer. I'm telling all my friends in Modesto business owners do not go to them. Use Car Key express they've come to your house with no nonsense. They show you the prices upfront.

Tricky situation but had to get all the locks changed quickly in an elderly person's house. All the locks were various brands and ages and finishes so that another locksmith even turned us down. Not Service Pro - they called multiple times to let us know the arrival time, showed up early, were not intimidated by the job, even went to the store to buy more lock sets to coordinate with the current ones. They didn't change locks that didn't need to be, so saved us money. When the whole job was finished, we went from 6 different keys (for an elderly person to keep track of!) to ONE key for a totally reasonable prixe. Thankful for their speed and professionalism and getting the job done. Highly recommend.

He told me what to get. So I got what he told me. On May 13, he came and worked on replacing it. He still did not say anything 2 hours later until I asked if he was done. Then he said yes but the door hit the up door frame. I told him that it didn't hit the door frame before. Not sure why he got upset and was trying to say that I was accusing him and called his boss. Then said the Spring is wrong and the door was installed wrong by previous technician. He pointed to other small garage door that said it was wrong also and stormed out. This door had been working well for years since I bought house in 2010 until the motor stopped working. If it was always like that, the door would be all managed. Only after he did the replacement the door hitting the frame. Replacing the motor might require some adjustment on the door or track to make the door works well but instead he was trying to argue with me and trying to blame this and that. The next day the other technician came and spend a 15,minutes to adjust and replaced one of the hinges and it works and that was done for free. This could have been better if the first tech just said it was not my fault but I'll try to adjust it for you and if there was something else that needs to replace you pay for it. I would be happy with and pay more for him if there is anything that needs to be done as I need the door to work. I feel this is totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I appreciate the company to send another tech out to do adjustments for me. So this review is not reflected on the company but the that one technician. If his was handled properly I would be happy to give them a 5 star but for that I gave them 4

I have used Jeremy for years he never disappoints. He always goes above and beyond. Recently a friend of mines daughter lost her keys late Sunday nite called my Guy Jeremy he couldn't do it for various reasons but he spent his time calling himself as well as giving us recommendations as well as who to stay away from and the price range it should be. No pay to him. That is pure professionalism. The other day I had to call on a Sunday again needed my house re-keyed Because of someone moving out. He took care of it the very next day even though he was busy because he wanted to make sure I was safe and secure. So he made it a priority. I read some negative comments I can guarantee You that it is either Competition trying to tell False stories or just some haters because he is honest, prompt and incredibly nice. Instead of going threw the hassle of contacting Winchester, finding the receipt, getting this paper notarized, filling out the form sending in a dna test, contacting my kindergarten teacher to verify my identity. Jeremy was honest .He told me it was easy to install my own ignition lock cylinder on my toyota. He gave me a brief explanation. I don't know much about cars..but it was in fact very simple. We needed a spare key for a 5th gen. 4Runner and were pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be less that what we were quoted (and less than half what the dealership quoted). We didn't get a specific time for our appointment, but we got a call the morning of asking if now was a good time, and they came soon after. The whole thing may have taken 20 minutes, but it seemed faster. Months later, our key is working fine. Would definitely recommend.

He responded by sending me a text link from Squareup.com, which one cannot print and told me that he has had many customers that were able to use the link. I went into AAA and was told they need a receipt with business logo, as I suspected. I am out $110. Horrible customer service! I do not recommend this place, but if you choose to use them make sure to get receipt upon services rendered.

I still said the same as I did during my phone call from 4 days prior: lock is working mostly correctly -- combo works but key just spins in place not moving deadbolt. All I asked was to fix the damage that was done. He insisted as was said during my call 4 days prior that he'd charge me if everything works. He kept bringing up other topics as well, including my military service, saying I misrepresented myself for pity. He'll have to bring that up with my Veteran's Affairs Dept rating, since he was convinced by the same ex-wife who convinced him to unlock my deadbolt that I wasn't injured on active duty, and reamed off several more claims in an offensive matter. Look, all I wanted was help to fix a lock he damaged so I can be safe. I never demanded, I asked. After the no-show and now this phone call, I wouldn't trust him to fix my tape dispenser. I'd guess if he came out, he'd fix the problem without me knowing, since I don't know locksmithing, then charge me because he said he would charge if he came out and the lock worked. I told him "the call is done, do not come over, I don't trust you." He then said he'd be filing a claim in court against me and also put a lien on my house. So basically, this guy is mad that he was tricked by my lying ex-wife to come out on a Sunday night and didn't get paid by her. Now he intends to make me pay for his mistake because I had the gall to ask for my lock to be fixed because he damaged it. It went further, he was angry, I finally had to tell him I'm going to hang up and did so. I then called the sheriff to report the incident. Seriously, don't take your business to anyone like this.
