I needed a second driver fob programmed for a 2018 Acura MDX along with the emergency key cut. I ordered the fob and blank online and called A & A to get a quote. I spoke with Jeremy on a Wednesday afternoon and he was also able to give me an appointment for the next day. His price was much better than the price quoted by another mobile locksmith in the area. I was able to provide him my address info via text, and he communicated with me via text to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived, he got to work and was done in about 30 minutes. When we came home and couldn't get into our house we looked online and this was the place that showed up first and i thought it looked familiar so i sent a service request. I got no answer. So i called and left a message. I got no call back but only a text message saying they were busy but maybe tomorrow if not today. I said that was fine and then i tried to ask for a price quote and got no reply but several hours later was asked for my address and nothing else, again no reply after that. I found that unprofessional and irritating that i couldn't even get a call back but i thought maybe they were very busy. I wait till the next business day thinking surely they'd call but they did not. I went back online and found another locksmith AAA full armor locksmith and they answered the phone right away and were able to come out within the hour. So i dunno about this A & A Locks but I'm sure disappointed in them. Not a great way to run a business. I would not recommend them at all. Most people look for someone they can trust when dealing with the security of their home. If these guys can't even give a customer a phone call then what are they doing? read more

We discovered that the batteries on our First Alert home safe had died and would not allow us to open the door. We also could not find the key that overrides a locked door. We called Jeremy and he was here within the hour and like magic, he was able to gain access to the inside. He did not have to drill out the lock which was a big relief. What a great job Jeremy did today at our house with our locks. Our contractor had left with the key to our new sliding glass door. Jeremy was able to re-key that lock to match our front door lock. Now we only have to carry one key. He had to completely rebuild the lock. His price was extremely fair. While he was there, I also asked him to take a look at our front door knob. It was really hard to get it locked from the outside and very frustrating. Jeremy explained to me what the problem was. He happened to have another door knob in his work van, and sold me that, and the installation, for a really good price. This guy is the real deal. He can do anything. I had the keys to my trailer stolen, guy came out right away and gave me a great price ($120ish) and an appointment for two days out. Well, he flaked. Didn't come so i called him and he said it would be a couple more days, he was still waiting on parts. Ok, I understand. Couple days go by, still nothing. A couple more days and still nothing. So I call and he says he's got the parts but he can't come out for several days. Very unprofessional. I could have had this done several days ago.
