This locksmith is the worst with keeping appointments. I had called them to order a key transponder / remote for my car. We agreed on a date for this service. Unfortunately, they never showed up. I bought my wife a used 2006 scion tc and after 10 yrs it has only one key. We were in the process of finding a reputable place to get a second key. Unfortunately before we could get the second key my wife accidentally locked the car with keys on dashboard. I goofed locksmiths and found Owsley. I called he told me a reasonable price and time to meet me at my wife's work. He actually arrived early and tried a couple different ways to open the car which was unsuccessful because he didn't want to just damage car . Then he saw keys on dash. After waiting 3 hours (w/another 1 hr. wait expected) for a AAA assigned locksmith to come out near the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds to help me get into my vehicle, as the only key I had for it broke off in the trunk lock, I called Owsley's. Robert came out within 20 minutes, had us in our vehicle w/2 keys, and on our way in about 15 minutes. He was very polite, easy to work with, and charged us less than the AAA vendor was going to, with a $60 AAA credit towards the service.
