My kitchen reno ended up taking much longer than expected, and that was not a problem. Cherin's held the appliances for months without issue. I am not sure that other stores would have been so accommodating. And because it took so long, there was an issue with the rebate for buying several appliances from one brand. But nope, she insisted for us not to even look at them. So, in a way, I felt like she was just pushing the 2 most expensive ones to us.
