Super helpful. Very clear and responsive communication. I called with a question, they took some notes, and then they called me back very shortly after -- just a few minutes -- with an answer that solved my problem. I will be going to them next time I have some bath / kitchen stuff I need to attend to, for sure. read more

High-end selection and world-class service from Edward! We had a fantastic experience with Townsend Showroom. If you are looking for a Washlet or high-end bathroom fixtures, this is definitely the place to go. The Showroom: The space is beautiful and very well-organized with a big selection of products. Expert Guidance: We worked with Edward, who was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the entire purchasing process seamless. Above and Beyond Support: The true test of a company is how they treat you after the sale. Months after our purchase, we ran into significant issues due to a poor installation by our independent plumber. We reached out to Edward for help with replacement parts, and he provided exactly what we needed right away. It is rare to find this level of post-purchase support. Edward really saved the day for us. Highly recommended for both their quality products and their integrity! read more

Of all of the showrooms we visited in SF and on the Penninsula Townsend Showroom stood out for excellent service. We were greeted upon entering and invited to look around at our leisure. When we were ready to ask questions Edward was available and VERY knowledgeable about the product lines we were considering. There was absolutely no upsell, just succinct and insightful commentary on how to differentiate different models. Perfect! Edward was also super helpful with logistics related to our order. We will definitely return to Townsend showroom when we do our next bathroom remodel. read more

We'd been thinking about remodeling our small bathroom for a while and wanted to find quality fixtures that fit our budget. My wife and I came across the Townsend showroom and set up an appointment with Edward. He really knew his stuff and helped us choose fixtures we absolutely love--everything looked great and stayed within our price range. We were also looking for a contractor, and Edward recommended plusonesf.com. We're so glad he did! The remodel turned out amazing, and between the great work and the fixtures we picked, we couldn't be happier. read more

We found the staff very responsive and knowledgeable, and we found their prices competitive. We bought a toilet and bidet there.

I loved working with Townsend Showroom (Ada and Edward) for my home remodel. I had no idea what I was doing when I first walked in and Ada was so kind (and patient) with me as I tried to figure out what worked best for my budget and tastes! We had an item get delivered that wasn't what we expected (handle didn't flush) and Ada and Edward were really quick in working with the manufacturer to get it resolved with a replacement on the way within the same day! Can't recommend them enough. Will be coming back if I ever need to do another remodel. read more

Last year, when remodeling our family bathroom, we went to several showrooms to look at fixtures, but ended up ordering from Townsend because they had everything we needed/ could get anything & everything we needed. It took several months for the order to arrive because we wanted a particular finish which wasn't common; Ed and Ada were great at keeping us informed of the progress of the order. Further, after living with the new bathroom for six months, we wanted to add an element, which they special-ordered for us almost a year after our original order. So helpful and accommodating throughout -- and all at reasonable rates read more

Great service, lots of options, knowledgeable and good advice. Really like the team and everything worked out perfect.8

I'm a contractor in the SF area and have been working with Edward for years. Townsend is my go to for all of my fixture shopping. Edward's level of service is incomparable. Edward is extremely knowledgeable and firmly stands behind every product he sells. And his pricing is consistently phenomenal and highly competitive! Furthermore, as is typical, so many things come up during construction with various fixture parts. Edward always has a quick solution and has proved an invaluable partner. I highly recommend visiting his beautiful showroom whether you are a homeowner or contractor. read more

I was shopping for plumbing fixtures for a bathroom remodel, and Townsend Showroom had the best prices I could find. Oftentimes that would be reason enough to choose Townsend, but Edward and Ada were also the most responsive to my original quote inquiries, and gave unselfishly of their time with my many follow-up questions. I recommend them highly, a great customer service experience. read more

Recently completed a home remodel which included our kitchen and bathrooms and used Townsend Showroom for all our plumbing hardware. Edward was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and was even gracious enough to let us return some extra parts we had ordered almost a year ago. We are also very happy with the quality of everything we ordered - our kitchen and bathrooms now have a very high-end feel to them. Will definitely come back in the future and recommend them to our friends. read more

I needed a sink rack. They ordered it and it came in one day. They called me. I went over and they were so nice and helpful and personable. I know it's odd that it is a rarity, but so be it. We luckily discovered Townsend Showroom during our bathroom remodel. Edward truly listened to our plans and made awesome recommendations to our renovation project. He worked patiently with the contractor and pivoted as required when we encountered unexpected snafus during the complete build of a very aged bathroom. If only we knew about Edward and Townsend Showroom when we updated our kitchen last year. Sincerest thanks to Ada and Edward. We are so happy with the finished bathroom. Six Stars!! read more

The service and selection of high-quality vanities and fixtures at Townsend Showroom were UNBEATABLE! The store has a large selection of vanities, focusing more on the mid- to high-end range (but with good options across the price spectrum). The selection of fixtures and faucets was also wide, with high-end plumbing represented as well as more typical brands. We particularly appreciated the Lacava vanities, which were the highest quality and weren't available elsewhere in town. Madelli's were nice, too, but both were a cut above Kohler, Duravit, Villery & Bosch and Toto that we saw elsewhere. The quality of our Lacava vanity is visible at the outset and in use. Our custom order vanity and Dorbracht plumbing fixtures came in faster than expected. What really made the difference was Edward's infinite patience, support, and product knowledge. We had some bizarre space and plumbing requirements, and Edward got in there with measuring tapes and diagrams and found the items that would work for us. Edward treated us so well we were almost sorry when our project was over! It was such a pleasure to work with him. It should also be noted that the pricing was excellent. Our $2600 Lacava vanity was as nice as the $7000 "trade price" vanity we found elsewhere in the design district, and the lead times were much better. read more

I have been working with Ada and Edward for four years now, and I confidently claim that they're the gold standard in plumbing supply customer service. I had a great experience doing several projects with them, everyone of them went quickly and smoothly. The response time of theirs is lightning fast, which is really impressive. Also, they deliver plumbing fixtures on time, as promised. They are very fair and happy to resolve any issue whenever there's one on a rare occasion. Moreover, they do it quickly and professionally. They truly care for their clientele and take pride in their work. It is always a pleasure working with Townsend Showroom on various projects. Highly recommended! read more

Service in the showroom was outstanding. I went in looking for plumbing fixtures to match a certain color. I can't speak highly enough on the team at Townsend Showroom. From the beginning David was so incredibly nice and patiently answered all of our questions. Even after we placed our order, David was able to hold our items in their storage until our GC was finally ready. Every step of the way, the team at Townsend made the process that much more easier. They helped us save so much $ as we would find things we wanted to install. Can't wait to flip my next home & use Townsend again. read more

What a great showroom of kitchen and bath fixtures, along with excellent service from start to finish with the team of Ada and Ed at the store. I also shopped around for pricing on the internet and with similar stores in the SF Bay area, and their pricing was very competitive. The store showroom is large and very relaxing to walk around whereas I have found other showrooms to be quite small and congested with too many items. Both Ada and Ed are very responsive to email, phone calls, and in-person, so that kind of service and attention to customers is what it is all about. Will be solely using them for my bath and kitchen projects from now on. read more

We had the best service at Townsend Showroom. Ada was especially helpful throughout the buying process and kept us updated at every step of the order. Edward and Ada were amazing - provided a lot of great advice, input and subject matter expertise to my bathroom vanity (Lacava) and plumbing fixture (graff) purchases. We ordered a vanity, overjohn and medicine cabinet. We had a few small issues, and it took us a rather long time to get them installed (no blame at all toward Townsend Showroom) but even after a year, Ada's customer service has been fantastic. I won't hesitate to use them again. read more

After visiting other stores, my contractor brought me to Townsend Showroom. The Showroom is exactly that -- everything is displayed beautifully so that I had a good idea of what my bathrooms would look like. Ed definitely knows plumbing. Ed and Ada make you feel welcome and spend their time with you making knowledgeable suggestions based on what you tell them. If they don't have an item in the Showroom, they have catalogs. Excellent customer service; very nice showroom. We had a list of items needed for our bathroom remodel. Ed helped us refine our list of hardware & fixtures to make sure the items were coordinated and would 'fit' together for the shower, vanity & toilet. Both Ed & Ada were great to work with. They also worked well with the contractor's staff to insure that all the items were available and ready for timely pickup & installation. Once we finalized the order, we didn't have to worry; the Ed & Ada worked seamlessly with the contractor. We're very happy with Townsend and highly recommend their services. read more

My bathroom fixtures, installed over a decade ago, needed repair and the company I originally purchased from did not respond to my calls to order replacement parts (and the manufacturer does not sell parts direct to retail customers). Luckily, I found Townsend Showroom, another local dealer for the brand of fixtures. Considering the level of customer service Townsend provided, you would have thought I was spending tens of thousands of dollars on several bathroom remodels. Edward was extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and attentive. He ensured the parts were correct, ordered them quickly, interacted with the manufacturer's tech support on my behalf when the problem didn't resolve at first, and went the extra mile offering suggestions on what to do next. Bottom line, Townsend is a key reason that the plumbing issues in my bathroom are now fixed. All this for a few orders for parts! (Granted, a lot of parts, but still just parts.) I only wish I had more business to send their way. read more

Great service! Really appreciate their help. Was able to get us a tub very quickly, very considerate!

Edward and Ada are a great resource! Their knowledge has helped us avoid buying incompatible parts as well as ensured we weren't missing required parts. Additionally a large tub arrived damaged and they were able to coordinate a replacement fairly easily. read more

I was extremely fortunate to happen upon the team at Townsend, in particular, Edward. I was in the process of ordering fixtures (with another well know showroom) when I began to feel insecure regarding their knowledge base and guidance. I decided to look elsewhere and found solid reviews for Townsend Showroom. I cold called the Townsend Showroom on a Saturday morning (often a very busy time for showrooms) and Edward answered the phone. Edward was exceedingly pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and most of all was quite sensitive to not wasting my money unnecessarily. Two and a half weeks later I have everything I ordered in hand via delivery by one of their staff. The previous showroom told me it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the vanity I ultimately ordered through Townsend Showroom. I am simply overwhelmed by the customer service, quality of product availability, expert guidance and price point I received from Townsend Showroom!! I will Most definitely use this establishment exclusively going forward and I have referred them to everyone I talk to. Keep up the great work!! read more

I have been a customer of Townsend Showroom for around ten years. They have a beautiful two story showroom. Edward and his team are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Helpful and very responsive to emails. Edward researched comparable when there was a delivery problem from the manufacturer.

I'm just a newbie doing a new home construction for my family and went to Townsend for all my fixtures (faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, fans, handles, accessories, etc) for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. Edward and team were incredible to work with. He understood what I needed and gave great advice. He's so easy to work with, very responsive, incredibly organized and meticulous when it comes to the details and making sure things are done correctly. He came through a number of times with speedy solutions when I was in a jam. Easily the best vendor I worked with during my construction. read more
