The service and selection of high-quality vanities and fixtures at Townsend Showroom were UNBEATABLE! The store has a large selection of vanities, focusing more on the mid- to high-end range (but with good options across the price spectrum). The selection of fixtures and faucets was also wide, with high-end plumbing represented as well as more typical brands. We particularly appreciated the Lacava vanities, which were the highest quality and weren't available elsewhere in town. Madelli's were nice, too, but both were a cut above Kohler, Duravit, Villery & Bosch and Toto that we saw elsewhere. The quality of our Lacava vanity is visible at the outset and in use. Our custom order vanity and Dorbracht plumbing fixtures came in faster than expected. What really made the difference was Edward's infinite patience, support, and product knowledge. We had some bizarre space and plumbing requirements, and Edward got in there with measuring tapes and diagrams and found the items that would work for us. Edward treated us so well we were almost sorry when our project was over! It was such a pleasure to work with him. It should also be noted that the pricing was excellent. Our $2600 Lacava vanity was as nice as the $7000 "trade price" vanity we found elsewhere in the design district, and the lead times were much better. read more

My bathroom fixtures, installed over a decade ago, needed repair and the company I originally purchased from did not respond to my calls to order replacement parts (and the manufacturer does not sell parts direct to retail customers). Luckily, I found Townsend Showroom, another local dealer for the brand of fixtures. Considering the level of customer service Townsend provided, you would have thought I was spending tens of thousands of dollars on several bathroom remodels. Edward was extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and attentive. He ensured the parts were correct, ordered them quickly, interacted with the manufacturer's tech support on my behalf when the problem didn't resolve at first, and went the extra mile offering suggestions on what to do next. Bottom line, Townsend is a key reason that the plumbing issues in my bathroom are now fixed. All this for a few orders for parts! (Granted, a lot of parts, but still just parts.) I am so glad I came to Townsend Showroom for my bathroom remodel project. While other places had similar products, the biggest difference for me was customer service. Both Edward and Ada were fantastic to work with. Edward is a true professional who's knowledgeable and eager to help us find what we need. He's a good listener, can quickly point us to the right direction, and provided many helpful suggestions for us to narrow things down. For the bath tub I initially had one idea, but after listening to Edward and trying out a different one, I ended up going with what Edward suggested and I'm so happy I did! It was the perfect fit for my space and needs, way better than my own idea. Edward knows about plumbing and made sure I got the pieces needed for passing inspections. I had a major issue with the drain installation. Edward patiently helped me to problem solve and eventually had something custom made for me which worked much better.
